I just sit down and look at him. "Listen to me and listen to me good. I belong to myself, and myself only." i tell him. "You have no right coming here and messing up my entire life just because i'm happy." i tell him, glaring at him. "I have every right. And you lost the right to tell me what to do the moment your father sold you to me." He told me, glaring into my eyes.

"Don't speak of that man. He has never been, and never will be my father." i tell him, making sure he got what i was saying. "It was fantastic seeing you again Kitten, i hope we get to see more of each other." he says as my mom comes into the room. As she is about to set down a tray of snacks, he stands up. "Thank you for letting me come over today. But i have to go." Jason says. "So soon hon?" mom asks him. "I'm afraid so." He says, heading towards the door.

"Well you're welcome anytime, okay?" she says. "Thanks. That is very kind of you." he says. "It's not a problem dear." she says as he walks out the door. "So when did you meet him?" Mom asks.

"Before we moved here." I say, looking at the floor. She slaps me. "Look at me when you speak." She says. "Before we moved here i say, looking up at her."

"And you never thought to mention him?" she says. "It kinda slipped my mind." i tell her. "Is he the reason you were never home on time back in Texas?" mom asks. "Yes he is." i answer. "Well no wonder he calls you Kitten. He's in love with you."

"No he's not mom. He never will be in love with me, and even if he was, i'll never love him." i say. "Well, you'll never know." She says walking into the kitchen.

*Next day at school*

"So! Who's your new neighbors?!" my best girl-friend Gabby asks. "Do you remember that guy Jason i told you about?" i ask her. "The one that a person sold you to for money?"

"The very one." i tell her. "Well don't worry about him. You got let alone me, Hannah and CJ but also Jason, Jaxon, Ricky and Parker on your side as well." She tells me reassuringly. I look at her. "I don't think i have Parker as much as i used too." i tell her. "Why?" she asks. "Because of that bitch Nikki. She's always trying to steal him from me. I get it they're dating but... he's my best friend too." i tell her. "Believe me, if he could change things between him and her, he would. But you know the deal. He can't leave her. Not right now anyways." She says.
