Life Of A Pokemon

Chapter 3 - Adventure begins

Being a caught pokemon was not so bad. Snivy and I fought battles together and won." Next stop, Striaton City, for our first gym badge!" Percy shouted. As Percy walked along the path he got caught up in a pokemon battle.

"Go, Riolu!" he shouted. I was then sent out of my PokeBall. "Okay trainer my turn now," the other boy said, "go Lillipup!"

"Ok Riolu, use force palm." I charged up my hand dashing at my opponent. "Dodge it Lillipup."  As I was about to hit her, she slid to the side. "Lillipup use quick attack." "Riolu intercept using counter." Lillipup ran at me with full speed. As she was about to hit me I used counter sending her flying back.

"Ok, Riolu use force palm." I charged up my hand one last time. I  gave Lillipup a hard slap that caused her to faint." We won!" Percy shouted. "Ri...Olu!" I cheered along with him.

"Finally, Striaton City," Percy remarked. There were marble stone pavements and beautiful parks. "Come out everyone!" he shouted, throwing our pokeballs into the air releasing us."Let's go heal." We then headed to a red roofed building with a PokeBall sign on the front. Percy called all us back into our balls and handed them to a lady at the counter. "Hello Nurse Joy," Percy said. "Hello, your pokemon will be healed in no time." She then took us into a room with other pokemon being healed.

When we came out of the room Nurse Joy handed Percy our pokeballs. "Come back again," she said."Gym time," Percy remarked. We then entered a huge building. We were inside a restaurant. "WHERE IS THE GYM!!!!!" Percy shouted, disturbing everyone who was having their meal. Then three people who looked like they were brothers came out and said,"You want a battle you will get a battle. One had red hair, another had blue hear and the last on had green hair. "My name is Cilan," the green haired one said. "My name is Chili," the red haired one said. "And my name is Cress," the blue haired one said. " And together we are Striaton City's Gym Leaders." they said in unity.

"What three gym leaders?" Percy asked. "You will only have battle one of us depending on the type of the first pokemon you chose."I want to battle all of you!" Percy shouted."That's not how this gym works," said Cilan,"but your determination tells me that there will be a spicy flavour in these battles. So we will accept your challenge."

They then pressed a button and the back walls of the restaurant disappeared. The people in the restaurant was now the crowd.
"Your battling me first," Chili said. "Okay bring it on," Percy answered. The referee then came and said the rules.

" Each person can only use one pokemon each round. Only the challenger can substitute his pokemon." "Go, Pansear!" Chili shouted. I got ready knowing that Percy was going to use me, since Chili was using a fire type pokemon.
" Go, Snivy!" Percy shouted.'What!' I thought to myself. "Disadvantages won't stop me." Percy said.

"Ok, you asked for it. Pansear use flamethrower." "Snivy, use vine whip to fling yourself into the air." Snivy did as told dodging the attack. "Ok, Snivy use tackle."  Snivy ran at Pansear with full speed." Pansear dodge it using dig." Pansear dug underground causing Snivy to miss. "Snivy jump up in the air." Snivy jumped so high when Pansear came out from underground he missed."Pansear use dig again." "Snivy use vine whip in the hole." Pansear came out from underground being vine whipped."Ok, perfect timing. Pansear use flamethrower."  Flamethrower was a direct hit on Snivy. He flew back hitting his back on a rock. He was seriously damaged.

"Ok, let's finish this. Pansear use flamethrower." Pansear filled his mouth with fire and blew it all out. That was going to be it for Snivy. He was going to faint.
