He threw the tray aside, and it smashed onto the white carpet. Grease and orange juice seeped into the stitches in a trice, as if the fabric was a starving animal. He lunged forward, crashing on top of you. You squirmed around in protest, banging your ankles against the mattress, but the man held you down firmly. Even with one hand busy wielding a knife, you couldn't budge at all. You tried to push him off with all your might. It was no use, your small body was light as air compared to his. He clasped the blade's polished wood handle with both hands, and squeezed your sides tighter between his thighs to hold you still. He shot a psychotic smile at you that send chills throughout your body. He winded his arms back behind his head, launched the knife into your chest.
Oh god. You felt everything. The knife pushing down, pressuring against your sweaty skin before it finally split. The cold, sharp metal blade sunk into your body swiftly, but it seemed like forever. You saw blood shoot onto the man's face and red t-shirt. You felt the warm liquid splatter on your chin and slightly up your nose. It dripped down slowly onto the bedding beneath you. Everything was pain. Your eyesight was blurry. Pain, suffering, darkness. Regretfully, you closed your eyes for what you thought would be the last time.
Finally, it felt peaceful. You were relieved from everything, it was like a one tonne weight being lifted off your fragile back. You were separated from the many cruel men in your life. You concluded time passed by too quickly when light, once again, blanketed the walls, floor and fluffy comforter you were lying beneath. The sun was in the same position, gleaming brightly, as it was just forty-five minutes ago. You turned your head. Him. He lay there beside you, sleeping this time. You didn't dare get up, even though you were shaking, so terribly just by a glimpse of him. You knew he would wake. You knew it would get worse. Just minutes ago, this man killed you. Atleast, you thought he did. What really happened, short moments ago?
