Rebels Pov:

I walk into the classroom right before the bell rings and sat in my assigned seat. "Ugh thank god it's Friday". I say out loud. I pull out my notebook writing down the warm up question.
"Psss. Hey Rebel" Says logan who is like my best friend.

"Mhm, what" I say concentrating on my work. "Dude, there's a party at nine tonight. You should come." Logan says quietly. I roll my eyes and speak "Dude you know how my parents are. They won't let me do anything"

I Look back down at my notebook when all of a sudden this chick walks in. I've never seen her before but she was really pretty. "She's the one throwing the party. She just transferred over here and honestly I have no idea why she's having a party but she's really pretty and seems popular. Come with?" Says logan basically begging me to come with her. "I'll make up some excuse to go." I say rolling my eyes.

The teacher walks in and sits at his desk. "After you finish your warm up then copy down the notes. After that is done then you can get on your phones and do whatever" He says sighing and getting on his computer. I finished writing everything down and pulled out my phone. I put in my headphones and play the song Equal powers.

I start to get sleepy and put my head down. As the music blasts through my ears and the lyrics speak to me, I start to think about life. I get into these weird thoughts about girls. "I'm straight, chill". I say in my head until the girl that walked by earlier sits next to me. "Hey Rebel, my names Daylen. I'm having a party at nine if you wanna come." She says sweetly soon smiling.

She's so freaking mesmerizing. Ugh. I could listen to her speak and look into her eyes all day. "Um. Yeah. I'll just have to catch a ride with logan." I say smiling back at her. "Alright cool. Logan has the address, so y'all are good. See you then" she says winking at me walking away while biting her lip.

"Dude. Logan" I say quietly. "Yes..." she says sounding tired and wanting to die or just get the hell out of the school. "Did you see that" I say acting hyper. "See what" she says closing and opening her eyes slowly. "Never mind" I say laying my head back down. I close my eyes thinking about what that girl just did. It was hot.

One thing no one knows about me is that I'm into girls, well I like them but I'm just confused. I don't know. I don't see everyone in a sexual way, it's just certain people. It's hard to explain. Everyone thinks I'm straight because of the way I act, dress and because I have to be straight at this school.

It's a Christian girls school and I'm not in luck because all my friends are super religious and straight and I don't know if they'd except me. My parents are homophobic as well so I can't talk to them about anything. It gets so frustrating because I wanna be able to talk to someone and rant and just be able to relate to.

The bell for second period rings which scared me because I was knocked out cold. I pack my things and walk out. I rush to my next class and sit in my seat. I pull out my computer and type down the notes and turn in the project that was due today. The substitute walks in and stands by the door. "Hello everyone, we will be staying in this period for the rest of the day. There was an incident with a student another teacher and a bunch of the kids had to go to the hospital because of what happened.

"WHAT HAPPENED." Some kid screamed. I rolled my eyes, took out my computer and headphones and put on Netflix. I hate dealing with girls at this school. They're so preppy and annoying. I'm basically forced to go to this school because my parents want me to go to a private school and this is the only private school there is in the district.

I just want to go to a public school so I don't have to deal with so many annoying girls. I'm so annoyed by this class that I want to kill myself. There's sooooo many preppy girls, in their preppy skirts with their names printed in their shirts or some kind of emblem of their initials. I'm over here with regular skirts and shirts that have no design but the school logo on it. I don't care what I look like it's school.

I mean my mom makes me present myself to EVERYONE and god it's so annoying. My phone vibrates in my jacket pocket. I took it out to see a random number from someone.

"Hey Rebel, this is Daylen. I don't know anybody at this school and you seem really nice. Logan gave me your number :) would you wanna go meet up at lunch and sit down and talk a little?"

Okay that message was cute but why is she texting me. I'm not at all attractive and there's not much to like about me. I'm tired of people, I don't try well as much as I should, I barley try in the sports I play. I'm not your average so called teen. I don't get good grades, my life is messed up and whatever. Oh by the way I play lacrosse.

Me: "Hey Daylen, I think that would be great! I usually sit at table 7 but we could sit somewhere else. I could help you around the school a little, if you'd like?"

Daylen: That'd be great! See you soon"

I put my phone away and continue watching Netflix.

The bell rings for lunch.

I start to walk to lunch as I got pushed a bit. I turned around and saw Daylen standing there giggling. She was so cute. She had blonde hair and braces with gorgeous hazel eyes but they were more blue than green. She was almost my height but a bit shorter. She was adorable and it was hard not to like her and I just met her.

I walk over to table 7 and sit down. She soon walked in and Jesus I thought she was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen.

Jdksmdsn bro, I just met her. I don't even know her. Shut up. No, I can't fall for her. Nope. Noooooo. Okay yeah I think I like her.

"Hey rebel" she says with the cute smile on her face. "Hiya. Are you going to get lunch" I say kinda smiling. "Nah, I'm not that hungry" She says with a little giggle. I put my hand on the table just resting it there when I felt her very warm hands grab them. We both looked at each other, smiled, blushed and pulled our hands away.

We continued to talk until the bell rung. She walked me to class because hers was right across from mine. Meh, I guess this was a pretty good day so far.
