I was walking straight to my class for first period. Hearing people talking about their weekend or whatever. I tried my best to not run into people, I already learn my lesson. If you run into people, people keep walking not caring if they step on your fingers or your school work. There's a high chance they'll actually help you. Sucks I know.
"Luz! Long time no speak!" A pair of hands grabbed my shoulders turning me around. My eyes met a girl's face that I forgot her name. "Like in a AWHILE." She trailed 'awhile'. and she says 'like' A LOT.
I gave her a small smile and backed away a little. "I have to go to class, I don't want to be late." I said, I walked back but then she frowned
"Come on we can be late like lets catch up, PLEASE." She begged.
"No, I can't I have to go." I said a little more serious.
"Fine." She huffed and walked away.
I sighed and turned around making it just in time for class.
. . . . . . . . . .
Lunch.
Lunch is okay just for the food. Food is good. Really good.
"Luz!"
Oh no. Not again.
I walked out of the cafeteria with my lunch bag on my hand.
I'm not a very social person. The only friends are in multiplayer in video games, and in really life is my cat Pablo. Chubby looking cat, black fur, bright green eyes. I don't really consider kids at school, 'friends'.
"Hey Luz found ya!" A high pitch voice screeched.
"Hey...um..I-I forgot your name." I stuttered.
"It's Rachel like you should remember my name," She rolled her eyes. "I was going to invite you to my table, but like you seem busy."
"I am actually," I stepped back because the perfume she wore was way to strong for my nose. "I was going to help Ms. Cassie." Ms. Cassie is a nice old lady that works at the front office. I help her with sorting papers. And if teachers that are in a classroom I help them grade homework or sometimes essays. The teachers also let me help out probably knowing I'm struggling making friends, so they let me hang out here, or they just don't care.
"Like whatever." She huffed and walked back to her tables where her friends were giving me death glares. I ignore them and walked to the office.
I never sat with them ever again, because the first time I did they told to change my appearance.
I opened the front door office. "Hi Ms. Cassie!" I waved to her, she smiled at me and waved back.
"Hello Luz! How was your weekend?" She smiled, but at the same time she was typing on the keyboard that was connected to the computer.
"Great! I started a new book it's pretty interesting." I said while I walked to the empty office chair.
"How nice dear." I still hear her typing on the keyboards.
"How was yours?" I asked as I opened my lunch bag.
"It was good. My nephew stayed at my house." She chuckled.
"That sounds nice," I opened one of the drawers, where I keep the papers I need to grade. "Ms. Cassie guess what."
"What dear?" She continued typing.
"Remember the papers Mr. Sly let me grade," I didn't let her respond. "I forgot them here I thought I lost them in my folder, but I put it in the drawer." I hear her chuckled.
"You're funny Luz."
"But Ms. Cassie this is bad." I quickly took out a pen from the little cup of pens, and pencils.
"Yes Luz this is bad, now go on and finish." I took the first paper from the small stack of papers. I see scribble words that I can barely read.
Great...Hand writing I can barely read...UGH...
. . . . . . . . . . .
"Hey Luz." I hear a familiar male voice.
"Hi Reed." Reed Mill is one of the kids that bother me. He never liked me I don't know why though.
"How was your weekend?" He tilted his head but didn't let me respond. "Wait don't tell me. Let me guess, you spent your weekend all alone with just your cat, Pablo." He wickedly smile, scaring me a little, but I masked it.
"Believe me Reed I actual did spent my weekend reading books and sleeping with Pablo." I rolled my eyes and opened my binder for science. But the crazy dude pushed it off the desk making a loud sound. I could hear people mumble and whisper to their . I sat up and glared at Reed and grabbed my binder.
"Luz? Why didn't you use a comeback?" He asked while smirking.
Before I could say anything we see Mr. Sly coming in. I glared at Reed. He sits down on my chair, and brings his feet on the desk. And smirks.
"Get off my seat, Reed." I groaned from annoyance.
"Luz, why aren't you sitting down?" He then trails his eyes at Reed. "And Reed. Where's your binder?" He asked.
"I forgot it at home." He bluntly said.
"That's not true it's right here." A boy from the back row said.
Mr. Sly raised his eyebrow at Reed. Reed rolled his eyes and walked to his seat. I smiled at Mr. Sly and sat down, plopping my heavy binder on the desk.
I huffed, and rested my head on my palms. My eyes started drooping
I'm going to regret waking up later.
I said to myself before falling to a pit of darkness.
. . . . . . . . . . . . .
"Stop."
*Boing*
"Stop," I waved my hand. "five more minutes." I hear the paper crunch for the 43th time.
*Boing*
"Okay I'm getting up." I slowly open my eye and stretched my arms.
I look at my surroundings and looked at the window and then the clock. My eyes widen at the time.
"Good afternoon Luz." A voice made me jump making all the crunch up paper fly everywhere. I looked behind me see...
Reed Mill smirking at me with his feet on top of his desk.
Oh...No
