so heyy long time no see I'm back .. yeah no one cares I know but yeah.. this is a somewhat deep love story about "Delilah" and yeah it's someone in real life but concealed by a different name. And her crush "Alfie" also concealed by a name. Listen, not everything in this fanfic is true so yea. So this is a fanfic about them ~ enjoy I guess .

Delilah's POV

It was a foggy day. My friend Liz and I walked along on our way to as it seemed like the 7th week of school. It didn't seem like I've fallen for him but I probably did. He's been in most of my classes excluding history and math of course. Alfie was one of the people that I would die hard for. He was the type of person who was tall and didn't slouch and wore the same thing literally everyday. Sometimes I just see him in the hallway and I blush till my cheeks glow a petunia pink. My friends usually walk with me to go to the same classes but I mostly have the same classes with Liz and Alfie. So I went to art class. He was there, in his usual spot as the bell rang. But that soon changed as the teacher decided to move our seating chart. She partnered up Liz with Kian, Julia with Sam, Kelly with Troy and so on. Then what seemed like forever, me and Alfie were the last people to be seated. And our teacher, Mrs. Roland, decided it was a good idea to sit us next to each other. And I gasped quietly as he slowly say next to me.

Alfie's POV

I'm slowly sat next to Delilah. Her face up close is beautiful and glows softly in the light of day. Her hair pinned up in a messy bun, her sweater full of dead roses, and she smelled like clean clothes fresh out of the dryer. Her eyes sparkled. She looked at me as I looked away fast. Then we started to work on our project for the next 2 weeks. "Alfie, what do you think of this paint color?" she said. I paused for a moment surprised , that she talked to me. "Alfie. Hello ? You there? I asked you a question." I completely blanked out. "Okay never mind then. I'll go ask Kian." Ugh. She wouldn't like a guy like me. Why did I have to blank out at that possible moment? I heard Kian answering her which were he was on the right side of her. I felt so embarrassed and we didn't talk from after that period until lunch.

Delilah's POV

I asked Liz about Alfie in art class. "Liz, why did Alfie kind of blank out when I asked him if this paint color was ehemm, good?" i said. "Dude probably he was just embarrassed whenever he talks to you. He probably likes you back." Liz said. "omfg really... wow who knew a guy like him that a whole bunch of people are crushing on like a bland, plain girl like me?" I said. "Well, you never know right?" she said. "yeah. I guess." I said. And we headed off to lunch.

Delilah and Alfie's POV

I saw him there. I saw her there. She's just walking around in the puddles with her ripped black high top converse probably getting her socks wet. I wonder what she's thinking about. He's just standing there like a loner with no life in the rain under a tree. I wonder what he's thinking about. I started to approach Alfie and as soon as I approached him his pupils had dilated to an even bigger state of mind. I can tell my pupils dilated.. Is it because Delilah came over here? Why am I do nervous? Geez I hope I won't come out awkward.. "How's it going Alfie? You feeling okay today?" she said. I wanted to talk but the only thing that I did was nod in the yes motion. I wonder why he won't talk to me. What did I do wrong?
