As Delilah was about to walk off to catch up with Liz, I finally made words come out of my mouth. "Well, see you later Alfie." she said. "WAIT DELILAH... " I said. " Sorry that I was ignoring you for a couple times there." "The truth is that I kinda get nervous when I talk to you so yeah. that's the case." i said. Then she nodded and walked off.

Delilah's POV

"Liz, he said he was nervous whenever he'd talk to me..." I said. I was completely speechless. "De, I'm telling you he likes you okay? What other guy would get nervous whenever he talks to you?" she said. "I don't know Liz. Some guys are just shy you know." then the conversation stopped.
