“Come on! Please!” Eddie begged, practically getting on his hands and knees.

“No!” Aleks spun around in his chair to face Eddie. The Latino was standing in his doorway, cradling a movie. The bedroom light bouncing off the movie case almost blurring the movie out all together.

“Why not? You've been working all day! Why can't we just sit down and watch one movie?” Eddie stuck out his bottom lip, emphasizing his pout. Aleks let out a loud sigh, looking over at his clock. In all reality, he really did work all day. It was starting to near five o'clock in the afternoon.

“Fine.” Eddie jumped for joy, running out of Aleks' room and into the living room.

Arriving in the large living area, Aleks looked around. He couldn't help but laugh at the sight before him. Eddie was already prepared for their movie. A big bowl of popcorn sat in the middle of the couch. The couch being covered by multiple blankets and with Eddie in the corner. He patted a seat next to him for Aleks to sit down.

“Why this movie?” Aleks asked, taking his seat next to Eddie. The Latino shrugged.

“Its always been one of my favorite movies. And I haven't seen it in a while.” Aleks nodded, pulling one of the blankets up over his shoulders. The Russian made himself comfortable, snuggling into Eddie, before he grabbed for the popcorn. Eddie smiled down at Aleks as he wrapped an arm around the small man.

“Ready?” Eddie asked. Aleks looked up at him and smiled lightly.

“Yup.”

Aleks would never admit it. The movie Eddie had chosen had been one of his favorite movies since he was a kid as well. The bright colors flashing on the screen lit up the dark room around them. Neither of them had watched the movie since they were young, so of course, the story line had faded from their memories until now.

Aleks let out a light sniffle, hoping Eddie wouldn't catch him. A loud bang came from the speakers, jarring both men.

“What the fuck dude!” Aleks sniffled. Eddie looked down at his boyfriend a little worriedly. He brushed the hair away from Aleks' face and smiled.

“Are you crying?” Eddie asked. Aleks quickly tried to hide his face in Eddie's side.

“No.” He mumbled, not selling his answer. The older man chuckled lightly.

“It's just a movie.” Eddie rubbed Aleks' shoulder, reassuringly.

As the movie neared its end, both Eddie and Aleks were a mess. Tears running down both of their faces.

“This movie is fucked up.” Aleks cried, wiping the tears from his face. Eddie nodded, trying to hold back his tears. The dog on the screen took its last stand in front of the fox, saving it from the hunter.

“Do they become friends again?” Aleks looked up at Eddie in question. Eddie reached for the remote and flicked the television off. Turning towards Aleks, he smiled.

“What do you think?” Aleks shrugged, remembering how stupid it was that he was crying over a children's movie.

“You are the hound to my fox.” Eddie smiled brightly, leaning down to press his lips to Aleks'. Aleks couldn't help but smile. No matter how cheesy the words were, Eddie always managed to make Aleks smile.
