Cancer's a killer, silent but deadly
A fiend, a murderer and an enemy
Friends mourning, families crying
When will we end the people dying?
7 million plus people each year
Die of the cancer that we all fear
Can this disease ever be cured?
So the pain they faced, we don't have to endure
Cancer's a killer, silent but deadly

When will we end the people dying?
Nothing compares to the pain they face
We do nothing about it, such a disgrace
So give money so charity to help us beat
The cancer we fear, we will defeat
