"I didn't expect to find you here..." She murmured.

"Huh? Didn't expect me to be somewhere as peaceful and 'normal' as this? You know, this cliff could just be as dangerous as the rest of the place. You can fall off, you were never a winged angel." He teased.

"I'm surprised you can even hear me talking on this windy cliff side from this distance. Is it another one of your perks of being an immortal entity? You've never told me angels existed. And when will you spill the beans about my past?"

"You never asked about them. 'Angels' only existed for a while. They weren't meant to exist anyways. And you on the other hand, were meant to exist. You just can't snap the cycle like that. You refuse to repent nor reincarnate, like I said before."

"You're really good at dodging questions, aren't you?"

"Exactly. Immortal charm, am I right? Gods never directly answer questions in most of your kind's cultures anyways. So, how did you even find this place? It's quite the climb."

"I scaled it with my axe. It was either 'life' or 'death' with those crazy bitches... Whatever that means in this world. I'm not even alive, aren't I?

"Anyways, I'm very surprised that I even can scale anything. It's like... part of me from before I broke myself. Ugh, I wish I could just remember... Even a little bit. Maybe a clue to give about why my heart is gone."

"Who knows, maybe I seduced you into giving it to me in a forgotten past? Now I know you're much more chatty at high altitudes."

"Not a chance, I know for a fact that wouldn't give away any precious organ for a shady God. Excuse me, you're the one who materializes during inconvenient times, for example -- when I'm trying to fend off an army of toxic golems made of thistles!

"And... this is the first time I've ever gotten to unwind since waking up 'again'."

"Well, you should enjoy this while you stay, because this is the best landscape you'll ever witness here. I come here a lot myself. You can't even stay forever because staying here will just slow down your personal odyssey. The longer you'll be withheld from those locked up memories.

"However, I'll admit someone like you needs a rest from this world full of so many imminent dangers. If you keep depending on that artificial flame and intense passion, you will completely burn out. How will I find someone like you again? What will a Romeo do without a Juliet? Or Rosaline?"

"Quit it." She grumbled.

"Alright, but I can tell you're enjoying this. Don't you pretend you're not holding back a smile. Like you said, you're not fighting anymore right now... This view is just remarkable and I am the best company anyone can have. Might I add that your hair is growing finer 'everyday'? Nice styling, a matter of fact."

"Th-thanks... It's just a ponytail, you know. I just used some plant stems to do tie it. Don't they have more intricate hairstyles in the palace that you reside in -- having balls and feasts every hour of eternity?"

"Too flashy for my taste, those prideful brutes. Those events are hosted by the Pride and Gluttony sinfuls, I'm sure you'll be glad to meet them. Your simple hairstyle really matches your old stubborn streak -- much more stunning than those beasts will ever be."

"Old...? You always reference to so many things I obviously won't understand... You should also know I definitely won't understand your nonsense sweet talk...! I don't even know who I am and you constantly praise me for things I didn't even know I can do.
