Loneliness doesn't fade away easily: Can Victor truly help me?

-Reader POV-
I kept playing the thoughts over and over again in my head. Most people pity me when I seem lonely, so even then I couldn't truly take Victor, the most popular male skater, seriously about his proposal. I did however, decide to stay with him and the Yuri's at Yuri Katsuki's home. Victor kept staring at me through dinner, making me feel a bit uncomfortable.... However, I managed to keep my cool. After dinner, I decided to relax in the hot springs that the Katsuki home was famous for. I stripped down and sunk into the hot water, relaxing my muscles and smiling a bit. "You look cute when you smile you know?" I heard a voice say. I looked up, seeing a naked Victor in front of me. Luckily, he had a towel around his waist or I would have died of embarassment, although the towel didn't help much. My face turned a bright red as I sunk deeper into the water. "Aren't the men supposed to bathe somewhere else?" I asked. "Yes, but I wanted to check on you, you looked a bit sad at dinner so I wanted to make sure you were okay." he said. "I'm fine I swear." I responded. Victor rubbed the back of his neck, a worried look on his face."If you say so. Just letting you know, there are only two guest rooms available so you will be sharing a room with Yurio or me." Yurio is the nickname the Katsuki family gave russian Yuri. "Well if I am truly your girlfriend I guess that's not a hard decision right?" I said. Victor smiled a bit,"Great, I will have Yurio and Yuri help me move your things into my room. Just please be careful, Makkachin is very lovey-dovey." He smirked. "Yes I know. He did jump on me when I came in." I said. Victor laughed then left me to relax.

Once I was done soaking, and dressed in my Pajamas, Victor came up to me to lead me to the room. Once inside, and alone, Victor looked at me with a worried expression. "(y/n) I know loneliness won't fade away in an instant.... I know you are still a bit pessimistic about me being serious about us... I know that you have been questioning if you are really the one I want. I know this because watching you skate earlier, I felt your emotions, your overpowering loneliness and sadness, your heartbreak and even the loss of belief and trust. I could feel it in your movements, and see it in your eyes. That song, that was what truly describes your emotions. You have no control over yourself. You can't help but feel the way you do because no one ever helped you. I want you to know (y/n) that I will help you, guide you, and stay with you." at this point, I had already broken down and Victor was hugging me tightly against his chest. Did he really figure all of this out, just through the way I skated? I thought to myself. Victor told me that he wanted to be with me, he even admired me, so I had to admit I liked him too. Once we went to bed, Victor​, asleep, pulled me to his chest. I decided to let him hold me, and we stayed like that for the rest of the night.
