When Two Worlds Collide (Hiro Hamada x Modern!Moana)

Exploring San Fransokyo

Moana packed her backpack with snacks and money and put on her t shirt, jeans, and sneakers. She went on her sailboat and just in 2 days time, she arrived to San Fransokyo. She parked her boat where the rest of the parked boats are and tied it to the stand. She put her hair in a bun, got her luggages, and stepped on the beach. "Wow. What is this place? It's beautiful!" She said looking around. Moana gets distracted by the beautiful view and accidentally bumps into Hiro.

"Oh, god, I'm sorry! Here let me help you pick these up."

"It's okay, I got it." Hiro said picking up his bag. "Have I seen you before?"

"No, I just got here, I got distracted from the view. It's really pretty! What is this place?"

"This is San Fransokyo, California. I'm Hiro. Hiro Hamada."

"I'm Moana Waialiki."

"Moana, huh? That's a pretty name."

"Thank you, my father chose it. It means 'ocean' in my language."

"Mind if I show you around?"

"Sure! That'd be so cool."

Hiro took Moana to the nearest mall and they walked around window shopping. They got some spaghetti and salad at the food court and went window shopping a little more. They talked about their lives and how school is going, and even shared a few laughs telling each other embarrassing moments. They walk out of the mall and Hiro takes her to the café, so she can meet Aunt Cass and the rest of the gang.

"Hey, Aunt Cass!"

"Hi, sweetie! New friend?"

"Yeah, this is Moana. She just came here from Motunui, New Zealand.

"Moana. That's a really pretty name."

Moana chuckled. "Thank you, it means 'ocean' in my language."

"Well, if you need anything, I'll be over here. Any friend of Hiro's can make themselves at home."

"Thank you, Miss Hamada."

Cass smiled and hugged her. "Just call me Cass."

Time skip to three hours later

Hiro and Moana are walking out of the café, taking her to the nearest hotel. Moana prepares her money once they arrive and she hugs Hiro as they put each other's numbers in their cell phones. She checks in to the hotel and goes to her room. She takes a shower and sleeps happy, knowing she made a ton of new friends and is excited for the next day.
