The hotel was located near the beach.I didn't even know that a hotel was going build here,probably because I live faraway from the beach. Nonetheless,I love the beach so much because I secretly believe that I am a mermaid.

The building was towering and magnificent.I'm sure the view from the hotel rooms are going to be spectacular!It was designed in an ancient way with a lot of pillars similarly like Greek architecture style but there's still a modern touch to it.This hotel totally compliments the view of the beach and vice versa.
After Danielle gave the car keys to the valet,we entered the premise.The inside of this hotel was as amazing as the outside.There was huge vases,fountains,draping heavy curtains,statues.I am in continuous awe!Stepping into the ballroom,I gasped audibly.It looked like the ballroom from Anastasia or Beauty and the Beast.The ceiling was covered in ancient painting,the walls were covered with beautiful paintings framed with gold,chandeliers everywhere illuminating the room,a few glass doors leading to the terrace,two pair of carpeted red stairs cascading down to the polished floors filled with people of all age.Everyone was dressed to the nines.It feels like a ball from the fairy tales when actually this is just a celebration for the opening of the hotel.
"Venus?"
Thank god Avery pulled me out of my trance.I hope nobody saw me gaping like a fish.Shaking my head,I saw Avery was already on the stairs.Her gold lace dress was beautifully in contrast with the red carpet.I quickly went to her side,carefully.
"Sorry,this hotel is just too...." I muttered.
"Stunning?I know,right?" She added.
I'm glad I came.
"You owe me,Vee." Avery laughed.I said that out loud? Geez,Vee.Chill.
"I'm gonna get us some drinks.Danielle is probably looking for her boyfriend.Don't move!"
"Yes,mother." I drawled.She just glared at me while walking away.
Looking around,I can't help but think that this place totally looked like it came out straight from a fairy tale.I leaned against the wall sighing,closing my eyes.I need a break from seeing all this beautiful view.
"Cute." a husky voice said.
Geez,now I am hearing things.Or is it a dream?Thank god I successfully escape from further embarrassment.That poor guy have seen my freakish dance move.Suddenly,a breath of air caressed my ear and it tickles!!
As I opened my eyes,I saw a pair of amused blue eyes looking down at me.I took a step back,my eyes wide and said, "Who are you?"
"Prince Charming?" he declared with a crooked smile.
"Yeah right." I laughed but my eyes can't seem to leave his.They're drawing me like the ocean.He was wearing a black suit with a pristine crisp white shirt underneath.He looked good.His blonde hair was combed back.He's way taller and have an athletic build.Shaking my head, again. I just checked him out. Geez!
Wait,WHERE IS AVERY?
"Do I know you?"
"Not yet." He smirked.Oh god,he totally realized I'm checking him out.
"O...kay.." I drawled.
"You seem like you needed company."
"My friend-" I haven't finished my sentence because he announced something that I never thought I will hear addressed to me.
"Can I have this dance?" He wiggled his eyebrows playfully.
Saying I'm stunned,is such an understatement.My heart was beating loudly as I looked at him as if he grew another head.
"You sure?" I mumbled.
"Heck yes."He smiled.
"I don't know your name." I said frowning.
"I don't know your name."
"I asked you first." Crossing my arms,still frowning.I don't even know who he is,why am I acting like this? but i know he wont hurt me...I think.
"Levi.You milady?" He stretched his arm forward.
I win.Win what?
"Venus." I said while shaking his hands.Suddenly,he pulled me towards him.He guided my hand and put them on his shoulder and then resting his hand on my waist.I was taken off guard about our sudden proximity.It happens too fast and too slow at the same time.If my hair was not in an updo or something,people close to me could get a free slap.
I let go of a breath that I didn't know I was holding and slowly looked up to his face.Of course he smiled.Cool as a cucumber.On the other hand,I was completely baffled yet we still danced.I hope i did not step on his shoes. Being this close,I could smell his soapy and citrus-y scent and instantly,I blushed.

3.Never have I ever been this close to an attractive opposite gender
"What's on your mind?" he asked curiously.
still calm and collected as ever.
"I'm afraid I might step on your shoes." I blurted out and he laughed his amazing laugh.I smiled at that.
