Before he was ever taken into wicked, and before he was ever Thomas...he was Stephan. Just a kid then a teenager who always tried to fit in. He was an only child, his parents were around...sometimes busy with work. He was in love and he had friends. No pets unless the birds that nested in his backyard counted. He was athletic with soccer and track with a coming scholarship to get to college.

After global catastrophe and wicked was created. He was brought away from his life and into a much larger and dangerous world. He was immune, he'd have a chance, but he'd never know if his parents, lover, and friends would make it out with him. Tested and forcefully taught to learn that he was no longer Stephan, just a boy with a name that never represented him until after he learned who was the real enemy and what was really being brought upon him.
