Jerome POV
"Ty...if only you knew...I wish you didn't have to suffer."
Sadly, it only sounds like barking to him. Seto accidently changed me into a dog, but before he could fix it, they kicked him out of Team Crafted. Seto told everyone that I drowned. I was stunned when he told me that. When Ty and Seto were packing his lab up, Ty found me. Seto was the only one who knew how I felt about Ty. I remember that day like it was yesterday...
"Who's this, Seto?" Ty asked.
Seto turned to me. He smirked.
"His name is, um, Bacca. Yeah, it's Bacca."
Ty picked me up and carried me to a table.
"He looks like Jerome," Ty said, "I can see why you named him tat."
Seto looked at me, nodded, and said, "Yeah he does."
"I wish he was here." He looked sad.
"I'm here Ty! Don't cry!" I shouted. Ty looked scared, now.
"Um, let me see him for second," Seto said while picking he up. He hurried into a storage room.
"Look, buddy, you can't say that. I know what you said, but all Ty can hear are barks. I know you love him and hate that you can't talk to him, but cool it, okay?"
I nodded.
"I'm gonna let him keep you, Jerome. Just remember that I never meant this to happen, okay?"
I nodded again. He set me down on the table and Ty walked over.
"How much for him?" Ty asked.
"None."
"What? A dog that cute an he's worth nothing?" Ty asked surprised.
"No charge. I owe it to you and him."
That's the last I heard of Seto. Ty quit Team Crafted because he hated that his two friends were gone. Well, almost gone. We just sat there, staring into space. He petted me so calmly.
"Bacca, I have a secret for you. Can you keep it on the down-low?"
I barked.
"Alright. You know that Jerome guy I talk about? Well, I miss him so much. I love him."
Time froze. I snuggled next to Ty. He closed his eyes.
"I love Jerome," he said as he fell asleep.
I love you too, Ty. I love you too.
