She could breathe

And for the first time
In as long as she could remember
She felt overwhelmed by something Luther than her own anxiety
But instead
By the world
And her future
And all of possibility
For the first time
Her lungs didn't feel heavy
From the weight of her world
She breathed in the crisp
Night air
Laughing through her tears
Laughing at this life
At all the sorrow and all the beauty
As she remembers what it feels like
To be inspired
