A New Beginning
I'd been in the plane for 4 hours, I was on my way to my dad's house in London. The captain told us we were beginning our descent so, I put my book(I was reading a book called two swans) and phone back in my bag. It had been almost a month since my mom had died in a car wreck and I was still depressed.
I had been living with my aunt back in South Carolina until I decided to start a new beginning and move in with my dad. we hadn't really talked much ever since my mom and him got divorced. I thought maybe it would help me get my mind off things. My thoughts were interrupted when the plane landed on the ground.
when it finally came to a complete stop everyone got up and stood in line (including me). When I got out, I found my dad waiting for me, he said,"I missed you so much Selena!". We gave each other an awkward hug and headed for the baggage claim.
