Chp.30) To Much To Handle

James POV:

I ran over to Jane and Austin. She had blood on her hands. She was putting presser on his abdomen. She was crying and I bent down next to her and watched her. Austin grabbed at her hand and was getting pale. My heart was racing and then we saw the ambulance. They got him in the car and I offered to drive Jane to the hospital. When we were in the car her hands were shaking and she just looked at the blood on her hands. We got to the hospital and she rushed out the car. He was already in surgery when we arrived. I stayed with her until she got the news. She cleaned up her hands. When she was about to go to the bathroom she grabbed her stomach in pain. I got a nurse. The nurse walked over to cheek her out.

"Are you pregnant ma'am?" She asked pressing down on her stomach.

"I don't know. I don't think so." She said. I saw blood stream down from her pants. The nurse got doctors and rushed her into a room. I waited pacing back and forth for the news for the both of them. The doctor came in and told me both of there news.

"You might want to take a seat for this sir." I slowly sat down in the chair. "She had a miscarriage and loss the baby and her husband lost a lot of blood but will be fine. The only thing is that we need someone to sign off for the surgery for her husband. You are James Maslow right?" I nodded my head yes. She gave me the form and I signed it. The oppression went very well. Jane still hadn't woken up but Austin had. I went into his room and talked to him.

"Hey." I said sitting next to his bed.

"Hey." He said in a raspy tune because he hadn't had any water in a long period of time. I haven't called Aria but she has been blowing up my phone for a long time. "What happened to me?" He asked.

"It was a robbery gone wrong." I said. He nodded his head as if he understood what happened.

"Where is Jane?" He said with tears in his eyes.

"Jane had a miscarriage and lost the baby."

"But she wasn't pregnant. At least that's what we thought. She isn't ready for more kids but we lost a baby. Gosh, I hate to see her hurt. My wife and the love of me life almost lost everything in one day. How could you leave a girl as great as Jane? No offense but you would have to be dumb to do that." I looked at him and nodded my head yes.

"She was the one who broke it off with me. I was cheating on her then I told her and stopped. I got my act together and she never trusted me again. I don't blame her I wouldn't trust me either." I said. The doctor came in and looked at Austin.

"Your wife is awake." I let him borrow some of my sweat pants and a top. They did not want him to walk so he used a wheelchair. We went in the room and he smiled when he saw her. I envy him because he has Jane. She smiled and gave him a kiss. He put his hand on her stomach.

"We just weren't ready." Austin said. The only sucky part is the person who shot him was his ex. She wasn't aiming for him it was for Jane.

"Where is AJ?" She asked.

[Austin's POV]

"He will be here soon." Once I said that I heard AJ's little footsteps run in the room. My mom was behind me. She left once AJ got comfortable. "Why didn't your mom bring you?" I asked.

"She went to jail because she shot you. She is in there for a long time. I don't like her she hurt you." AJ said. I looked at James.

"You told me it was a robbery gone bad." I said getting angrier by the minute.

"I just didn't want you to worry." James said. AJ sat on the bed with Jane he put his head on Janes stomach and she ran her hand through his hair.

"Mommy when can you and daddy come back home?" He asked he was so cute and loved calling Jane mommy. The hospital door in Janes room opened up. It was a women with three kids.

Janes POV:

Aria, Ryan, Jamie, and a little girl walked in the room. Aria gave James a hug and a kiss. Ryan looked at me as if he had seen me before. I just smiled.

"Mommy?" AJ said.

"Yes?" He sneezed and his nose started to bleed. Austin got him a tissue and sat him in his lap and helped him.

"Is he your son?" Aria asked.

"Yes and that is my husband." I said. Ryan looked at me as if something had triggered.

"Mommy!" He said running towards me and jumping on the hospital bed. AJ looked at him and got mad.

"That's not your mommy she is mine!" He yelled and he started to cry. I looked at AJ and then at Ryan.

"I'm sorry sweetie but I just have one son but you seem sweet." I said. What I did was so wrong but they weren't with me for a long time. Austin looked down at me. I wanted to cry, I just lost a baby and almost lost my husband to much in one day.

"Jane how could you!" James yelled.

"What?!" I yelled back at him. He charged forward at me and slammed his fist down at my stomach. I winced in pain and he did it again this time with more force. He knew Austin couldn't stop him. My heart monitor started to go faster and faster.

"James stop before she has a panic attack!" Austin screamed. He was never violent but I guess that was his breaking point. I started to cough and cough up blood. I never thought James would do that then I burst out into tears.

"James please stop. I am sick okay. I just want to be happy with Austin. You are happy then why can't I be happy? I just want to start over."

"Your a bitch Jane." Aria said. Austin looked at me and cried.

"No she is not." He said. "She is strong and she will always be strong. She told me what happened. She just wanted a fresh start and I gave that to her. You don't her or what she has been through so please just leave and don't look back." He said. James and his family left the room and never came back.
