Yay! Another chapter! ;3
Mad's POV
When Cry came home, he looked... happy, but also worried. Strange. I let it go for the moment. But after a half hour he still looked stressed.
"Hey Cry?"
"Huh? Oh, yeah?" he asked. I shrugged.
"You wanna go cart race with the guys and i?" I asked.
"Oh. Yeah, sure." he said with a smile. We all rounded up in two cars and drove to the go cart racing center. We showed our ID's and got in the cars. Cry and i went in one, Coolio and Virus in another one, and finally Sanity and InSanity.
The light turned green and we raced off. I was driving, so i rammed into Coolio and made him hit the side of the tunnel. InSanity raced past, laughing as he did. I raced up, but just as i was about to pass he slammed into me, spinning me out into a wall. I recovered quickly and chased up to him, Coolio long forgotten.
"Catch me if you can!" InSanity shouted over the roar of cars. I smiled and hit his side, but he swerved sideways. We both spun out right in front of the finish line, but did not cross it. Just then, Coolio and Virus passed and crossed with arms held high. We all groaned and dragged our now lifeless cars into the parking lane and exited.
"God dammit." Sanity said to the celebrating duo.
"Yeah bitches!" Virus laughed. He and Coolio high fived.
"Rub it in our faces." Cry said. I put my hand around his waist.
"You are my trophy." i said.
"Wow, Cheesy." he said with a smile. All the way home Virus and Coolio cheered like they won the Superbowl.
