What?
At that moment I realized this was no ordinary person. And I didn't jump off of that bridge? I had so many questions and the shock of all of the things going through my head caused me to hesitate and stop for a moment. Why was I following this person? What did they have to offer that gained my interest without me realizing it?
They sighed, turning slowly once again to look back. " I know you are confused, and I know how you feel. But promise me, you can trust me and I advise that you come with me so that you dont feel lost for too much longer."
I hadnt realised how empty and lost I felt until they mentioned it, and the feeling was awful. I couldnt help but feel the need to get rid of this feeling, so shortly after standing there for what felt like an eternity, I started walking alongside the being. We walked in silence, the trees that carressed the sidewalk swaying slightly in the wind, dropping leaves all over the ground. The sun made unique patterns on the cracked sidewalk as it wove its way through the small gaps between leaves. I had never realized the beauty of this part of the city until now.
After we had been walking for a little over 15 minutes, I decided to look back to see how far we had come. But when I turned around,
there was nothing but complete black behind me.
