When I Met Him

The Brunch

    A few day after the kiss, Grayson and I have been hanging out for a while. Turns out we go to the same high school. I'm 17 and so is he. We became great friends, or maybe we were friends with benefits. Turns out Grayson has a identical twin brother. He lives in his mansion with his mom and brother. Me...I live with my mom and older brother in an apartment. Right now... my family and I are going to Grayson's house to have brunch with his family.
At the Santiago Mansion
    "Welcome to our humble home." said Mrs. Dolan. "The dining room is just this way." As both of our families were being served, Mrs. Dolan was getting along great with my mom. Grayson's twin, Ethan, was talking on the phone with someone. I could hear them but, I didn't say anything. Grayson and I just kept eating and I kept catching Grayson staring at me from time to time. I would smile and keep eating.

When we were all finished eating, my mom and Grayson's mom were touring the house becoming great friends. Ethan went upstairs to do whatever. Grayson and I went for a stroll through his beautiful garden. "Your family seems nice", I said with a fake smile on my face. "Yours, too." Grayson then held my hand in his and we just walked through the gardens and talked. "I know we've been hanging out a lot, and I know we're great friends. But, I am hoping we could be more." Grayson said out of nowhere. I stopped in front of him and looked at him with excitement. "Grayson?" Grayson looked straight into my eyes and asked, "Will you be my girlfriend?" I smiled and said, "I wouldn't have it any other way." We kissed and then we walked the rest of the way through the garden.
