We were all gathered in our late grandfather's office as his lawyer read his will. Before he died of suspected cancer, my grandfather, George Mula ,although some  mocked him of  having a surname that referred to  money, was a billionaire and  CEO of a  multi-billion company, which stretched as far as six countries in Europe. he owned many assets and businesses of which his greatest possession, The Great Mula Mansion. It is  built on a hill and it looks so beautiful such that people could pay a lot of money just to have a closer glance at the exquisite mansion.

Being cautious, George hid some sort of treasure, at least that's what we thought it was, worth a fortune in his house and that's why people referred to it as The Great Mula Mansion.  I was grandfathers favorite amongst his grandchildren and when  mother and father died, he took me in. Living  in the mansion was not always creams and biscuits especially the times  when George would live me alone with  my unfriendly jealous aunt Perelza, daughter to George and sister to my late mother, with her two overbearing sons(Jack and Candrew). Each and every time i encountered the 'two minions' i was Picted on and bullied since i was  younger than Jack but older than Candrew.

Aunt Perelza was so jealous of the relationship i had with my grandfather, so much that with the aid of a secret intelligent organisation called  RIS, she planned on killing George and change every  detail  in his will that would favor me. She was so eager to inherit George's entire fortune that she made a division within  RIS to create a poisonous chemical that would slowly kill  him.Little did my aunt know that  RIS had another secret mission, to locate and steal George's hidden treasure.

One evening as we were having dinner, George had a heart attack. Within the shortest time, doctor Haward was called and  thereafter he came and attended to our poor old grandfather. Unknowingly, Haward administered George with the poison. It was all part of aunt's plan.Within three months, George started having complications to his health and before he died, he had the chance to talk to both  Haward  and i. His last words to me were,"The walls have ears, Thom."

I did not understand 'then' what he meant but later i did.

After three days of postmortem, he was put to rest and i thought to myself,"There is surely nothing as painful and as worse as to lose your loved ones."

Little did i know something worse was heading my direction.
