"Naomi!! Get up already, girl!"
Ugh. In a minute. No, make that two hours. Just who the heck interupted my beauty sleep?
"Nial get the heck away from my face you idiot. Let me sleep for another two hours, okay?"
Feeling a tugging sensation, I steeled myself for whats going to happen.
"No! Don't you dare-!"
"Aaaaaah!!!"
I got visciously pulled away from my bed by the 'gentle' tugging of my blanket by my brother.
*notice sarcasm*
"What the heck Nial? It hurtz dude! And why the heck do I have to wake up so early?"
Clicking his tongue, Nial made that mocky smile I hate so much and proceeded with his 'tsk, tsk' before almost dragging me and the blanket I was clutching to out of my room and towards the bathroom.
"Hey! I'm getting dragged down here, couldn't you use a more gentle way of waking me up?"
Snorting, Nial just ignored me and proceeded to carry me upside down on his shoulders, my hands and feet dangling on either side of him.
"Thanks a bunch, now I'm gonna have to throw up everything I ate last night."
"Gee, Naomi. You got to do something with that morning grumpiness of yours."
Well how is that my problem? I'm just not a morning person, okay? Do you have any magical anyidote that could make me be otherwise?
"Excuse you, I don't think you're in a position to scold me when just months before you joined in the Zombing."
Getting a few eye rolls from him, he dumped me infront of the bathroom door with my towel and clothes ready.
Wait a minute- clothes? Who picked them out for me? Moreover, why does it look so... formal?
"Dearest brother, would you be so kind as to tell me what's going on?"
Joining my act, he gave a sweet smile before chuckling and saying,
"Well dearest sister I might as well tell you that today is our first day at that prestigious educational institution for elite students."
What? We have school today???
"What do you mean school? Didn't we get a break from that a month ago?"
"Naomi, have you checked the date? It's been 3 months now and we've gotta go back to studying."
"Nial! Is Naomi done with prepping up?" My brother Nathan screams at Nial from downstairs.
"In a sec, Bro! She's still half awake and dreaming."
Oh lord. Why didn't anyone tell me yesterday???
Saying thanks for waking me up to Nial and told him to go away so I can take a bath, it took me 6 minutes before coming out in a uniform. Yes, 6 minutes. I don't use make up and the like. Not even lipgloss or powder.
It might be a little childish of me to absolutely hate highschool, but I've been completely used to saying that school judges you too much in the aspects where you don't have the confidence.
Seeing the weird suit skirt combination as the official uniform, I hated the school already. Why can't the girls use pants too? Is that a breach in stereotypes or something? Because, count me out. I'd rather wear pants and get laughed at then skirts.
Groaning internally, I was thankfull that we only had to wear it during official ceremonies like the newcomer ceremony because I can't stand skirts.
