Chapter Four

**AVEN POV**

I could only roll my eyes at Ebony as she ordered me to find the number to the spa in the phone book. I had to find THE SPA that she was looking for. Lucky for me, there were twelve spas listed in the local phone book. After reading off each number, Ebs decided that she had to call all of them to find the one she saw advertised in a magazine. After nine useless phone calls, she finally reached the right spa.

"Hellloooo. Yes, I would like to book the cucumber mud bath special pleeze. Mhhhmm. Ohhh-kay babydoll. Buh-bye."

I agree with you, a cucumber mud bath doesn't sound that appetizing, but I Ebony is one of the best when it comes to selecting spa treatments. The girl can tell a nail polish from Europe to one from New York just by the smell of the polish.

"When do we have to leave?" I asked, "The sooner the better."

"Mmmm, Aven I know! I am so ready to get out of here."

At the perfect moment, Ebony's mom walked down the stairs.

"I am going to leave for work girls, are you going to the spa?"

"Yes, mooommm! Can we have the keys to the Escalade?"

"Only if Aven drives honey."

Both Ebony and her mother look at me in desperation. Ebony wants to pull up to the spa in a black ride with spinny wheels and her mother wants Ebony to get to the spa in one piece. How could I resist?

"Yes, I can drive." I rolled my eyes and laughed. I mean who doesn't want to drive a 2012 Escalade to a spa? It would be crazy to turn down the offer.

"Okay, have fun girls. I left $200 on the table to cover the spa." She handed me the shiny chrome keys to her pride and joy. This was going to be a fun day at the spa.

**EASTON POV**

I got a cab to some spa that I saw advertised in a local magazine. Time to relax. I had such a stressful time in the so called "Sunshine State". With my relationship with Sienna on the rocks, I had no idea what was going to happen. I just needed a personal day to get my mind off of everything going on at the moment.

The cab pulled up to the spa and parked next to a shiny black Escalade. It was a 2012...maybe there will actually be someone I could talk to inside the spa.

**AVEN POV**

Ebony and I arrived at the spa in one piece, not a scratch on the car. Thank God! I was actually looking forward to relaxing and spending the day doing nothing.

I smiled when I walked into the spa. A fresh aroma of sea salt and flowers reached my nose. Ebony waltzed up to the desk to check in for our appointments.

"Ebony do you want me to take our bags to the coat room?"

"That would be great girl. Thanks!"

I grabbed my Chanel hobo and Ebony's D&G and walked down the narrow hallway which lead to the coat room. A silk sage curtain covered the small but cozy room. I moved the curtain aside to find an array of hangers and cubbies to hold bags and shoes. I placed our purses in cubbies right next to each other so they would be easy to find when we left with wet nails and smoothed skin.

"Excuse me, this is the coat room right?" A voice as smooth as ribbon broke the silence of the little room. A spasm of shivers maneuvered down my spine.

I quickly turned around before this turned into an awkward moment.

"Yes, it is." I couldn't bring my face up to meet the eyes that I knew were staring at me. I stared at his pair of Nike's as if they were the coolest thing in the world.
