Chapter 15~A few Good Men

Vision

I woke up "no,no Grams"I say crying my eyes out ,until I hear a nock on door "who is it?" I ask,"it's Elena can I come in?"Elena says and I walk over to the door and open it and she hugs me and I hug her back."I'll be okay... I need to get dressed "I say and she nods ,goes out and goes downstairs.I get changed into my clothes grab my bag which has my notebook,spell book in it {The clothes at the top} and then make my downstairs to see Elena sitting on bench outside of house .I walk towards her sit down next to her and she hugs me and I do the same,"hey,Bonnie it's me ,just checking in seeing how you're doing ,we miss you here don't let your aunt drive you too crazy"Elena says and we look to see Jenna,"come home soon,love you"Elena says before turning of the phone ."What are you doing out here? It's cold"Jenna ask us ,"thinking,writing "Elena says,I say "drawing "."The,uh,funeral for Bonnie's grandma... it brought back a lot about mom and dad"Elena says ."I'm thinking of singing "I say they both look at me and smile "Bonnie will love it "Elena says smiling at me ."I was wondering,you said that you would do some digging about them,Selena's mother.The adoption?"Elena says."Right"Jenna says,"so did you? Dig?"Elena says ,"come on inside"Jenna says and we walk inside ."Your dad kept everything from his medical practice,records,logs,old appointments books"Jenna says before saying "I found an entry from the night you were born,patient and a birthdate,Isobel Peterson"Jenna says."Think that's her real name "Elena says,"pregnant teenage runaway? Probably not ,first name maybe"Jenna says,"but where'd she get Peterson? A classmate? Best friend?,so I binged it ,I searched for all the Petersons in this area born the same year as Isobel,found three,two men,and a woman Trudie who lived in Grove Hill Virginia "Jenna says."That's not far from here"Elena says,"well,watch this "Jenna says as gets a picture of Isobel up from high school.

"She was a cheerleader "Elena says and Jenna laughs ,"Trudie still lives there"Jenna says before saying "this is her address" as she pass the sticky note."What about Isobel?"Elena asked,"I couldn't find anything about her"Jenna says and I zone out for a bit .And Elena goes upstairs and as I was about to leave Jenna grabbed my hand and turn to look at her."I found something about your mother"Jenna says,"I thought you couldn't find anything about her?"I say confused,"so did I but I found the letter she left when you were a baby and a picture of her and your father too"Jenna says as she pass the letter to me and the photo."Thank you "I say ,"her was Maria Rose Dragonmir and his was Leonzio Dragonmir "Jenna says and I look at the photo of both them together .

I look at the phone and smiled then I go upstairs to see Elena and Stefan then I go up to her to show her the phone of my parents."Is your biological parents Selena "Elena says shocked and I nod with tears in my eyes then she hugs me and Stefan smiles."You look just like them "Elena says smiling, sit down on Elena's bed and put the photo,letter inside of my notebook which went into my bag."Alaric's wife might have been your mother?"Stefan asked Elena and I am shocked,"it can't be true,right?"Elena asked us ."I mean,the coincidence alone is just crazy"Elena says looking through stuff."I have the address for her friend Trudie"Elena says showing us the note,"you wanna talk to her"Stefan asks Elena,"I don't know I... ha I.... don't know"Elena says."If it's true and they are the same person... that means that my brith mother is dead,and I don't know if I could handle that "Elena says."I have a letter from my birth parents... I don't know if I want to open it or not "I say ."You do?"Elena says and she hugs me ,"I'm afraid of what's inside of it"I say before Stefan asked Elena "Elena,did Jenna tell you anything about Alaric's wife?"."How she died"Stefan says,"just that she was killed and the case was never solved"Elena says."You knew already?"Elena says confused,"the night at the school when he attacked me... he told me some things about her death"Stefan says."Well..."Elena says,"no,no,no it's not possible the coincidence it's too much"Stefan says and I walk out of Elena's room with my bag.

Later that day

"Are you sure this is the right place"I asked Elena,"yep"she says before walking to the door with me behind her.Then she nocks on the door and blonde woman answered the door,"Trudie?Tru..?Trudie Peterson "Elena asked."Yes" she says,"uh,my name is Elena Gilbert and this is my sister Selena "Elena says and I wave ,"I wanted to talk to you about Isobel Flemming"Elena says."Well,I haven't heard that name in years"Trudie says,"how do you know her?"she asks,"I think that,um,do you know if she had a baby that she gave up for adoption?"Elena asked."Oh,my God you're her daughter "Trudie says,"I was just gonna make some tea,would you both like some?"she asked us ."Sure"Elena says,"uh,the kitchen's this way"she says as she lets us in and we seat down"I haven't thought about Isobel in years"Trudie says looking at us."When was the last time you saw her?"Elena asked,"about 17 years ago when she left to go have you"Trudie says."We kept in touch for a while but,well,you know,people drift apart "she says,"and you don't know where she ended up?"Elena asked,"she was in Florida for a while,she was on her own,I know it wasn't easy"Trudie says."Do you have any idea who my father is?"Elena asked,"I could never get her to fess up"Trudie says,"anyway,she finally pulled it together,got into college on a scholarship "."Where did she go?"Elena asks with a smile,"somewhere in North Carolina,Duke I think"Trudie says "smart girl,smart school"she says smiling and so do I.I zone out until I hear ,"you need to leave please"Trudie says ,"now"she says and Elena,me leave her house and we see a man then we quickly get into the car then drives away quickly.

Salvatore boarding house

I walk into the boarding house went to find Elena and Damon walked passed me then winked before walking the other way."Elena,Stefan "I say they both turn around to see me and I walk over to them ,"so I went to see Trudie Peterson with Selena,I know,I'm sorry I didn't plan it"Elena says,"how was it?"Stefan says,"she has vervain "Elena says."Lots,lots of Vervain "I say and Elena nods agreeing with me ,"she knows about vampires,Stefan it can't be a coincidence "Elena says."It isn't,this is Alaric's wife "Stefan's says as he shows the picture of Isobel,"This is her,this is Isobel he gave it to you?"Elena says shocked."Everything he knows about vampires he learned from her,he believes that she was killed by one"Stefan says,"Oh,my God"Elena says."Listen,there's a lot about Isobel that Alaric can tell you but I need you to hold off little while before you talk to him"Stefan says looking at Elena.

Later that night
I nocked on Elena's door and she turns to see me ,I walk over with my notebook to her and sit next to her as she looks at the photo of her,mum,dad."Do you ever miss them?"she asks me,"all the time "I say resting my head on her shoulder,"I can see the picture of your biological parents again?"Elena asks me and I nod before opening the notebook then getting the picture out to show her."They look so much like you"she says smiling and so do I before I put it back in my notebook.Elena gets hold of the phone and phone unknown number,"Isobel "Elena says before the phone line goes dead.
