"Another late shift?" Selena asked.
"Can't seem to escape it," Aaron lied. Little did his wife know, but he had been at his girlfriend's house again. The two were a secret couple, of course, and his wife knew nothing of it.
"Wanna watch a movie with me?" his wife asked.
"I'd love to, but I'm tired and work seems to be starting earlier and earlier everyday for me. See you in the morning," he said.
"Goodnight."
"Before Aaron went to bed, he pulled out his phone and began texting.
"I hope you like the flower I left for you," he wrote.
"It's lovely. Thank you," the girlfriend sent back.
"I have to go to bed now. Goodnight, beautiful."
"Goodnight."
