Every year I always dread this moment, going back to school after New Years Day. Everyone's making New Year's resolutions and worst of all... One day closer to Valentine's Day. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against this day, but in my High school people are hired to hand out roses and give "Candy Grams" to their friends and boyfriends or girlfriends.
I have two best friends, Sammy and Maria, and we buy each other candy grams since we don't have anyone give them to besides us. I know what your thinking..yes I'm single. You could say I'm lonely and that's why I hate Valentine's day. That is completely true.
I've never been in a relationship, and I'm a Junior in high school. Sad you say? Not really. I have my friends and family, but I have to admit that I'm lonely, and I do want a boyfriend to be with and just be together. I'm actual sort of happy, but I feel like I'm missing something. I thought this would never change, but I was wrong. One day my life was flipped... all because of one single note which led to many others. It wasn't until February 8th I got the first note.
After reading the first note I realized that my valentine is terrible at hiding...
