I'm in a golden field. The sky is bright and blue. I don't know where I am, or how I got here.
I start looking around me, and my eyes spot a head of blonde hair standing off in the distance.
"Lucy..."
I start running. I run as fast as I can, and apparently too fast. I fall to the ground in a heap.
"Mmghhh."
I groan, and then stop and freeze. I slowly lift my head, and there she is...Lucy.
Her beautiful gold hair is swaying in the breeze, along with a white dress. She looks as though she's glowing.
"Lucy.."
I spring up and envelop her in a hug. My tears start to fall as I hold her.
I don't understand what's happening, but it doesn't matter. I get to see Lucy, my Lucy.
"I'm so sorry, Luce. I'm so, so sorry. I should have listened to you."
"It's okay, Natsu. Everything's okay."
That voice. Hearing the familiar voice just sets me into another set of sobs.
"I've missed you so much, Luce."
"I know, Natsu. It's time for you to see everyone, though."
"No, Lucy. I just want you. I need you now."
"You'll see me again. In another lifetime. I want you to be happy for now though."
"Wake up, Natsu."
"It's time for you to wake up."
