As nothing happens in our village the tiniest to the biggest incident would make the local paper. So as you can guess I was the headline "Local Fisherman Stabbed In Home" pretty sure it's the closest I'll be to being famous especially where I come from.

My parents came to visit they moved to London when I was 20 and left home. The hospital was clean and smelt like bleach and cleaning products, the bed covers were like cardboard straight and stiff. My parents were sitting on wooden chairs drying their eyes with sandpaper like tissue's from the box on the bedside table.

They ask me how I'm doing I say I'm fine because if I say any different they'll start to worry and move back down to the village and live in my house with me and won't leave until about 10 years later.

The doctors are nice especially one nurse. Abby. chestnut colour hair, turquoise eyes and a lovely smile. I talk to her every time I get to she's never rude nor impolite just beautiful.

My recovery date is 5 days to be honest I wouldn't mind if I was in hospital if Abby is here too. Maybe there is some justice in being in hospital maybe me her could meet up sometime.
