Interruptions (Percabeth One Shot)

Percy had this feeling when he is with Annabeth. She is the source of his joy. They had been best friends but Percy was so dense that he doesn't realize that he loves her.

"You love Annabeth, Perce!" Nico said to him.

"Yeah, confess already!" Jason chimed in.

"Yeah, or else I'll flirt with Annie Bell." Leo said as Percy was hit by a wave of jealousy.

Percy had made up his mind. He was going to confess to Annabeth Chase.

Percy went to the Athena Cabin. He knocked at the door and Annabeth opened it. Good thing Annabeth was the only one in there.

"Seaweed Brain, what's the matter? You looked troubled!" Annabeth said worriedly.

"Annabeth, I got something to say..."

"What is it, Percy?" She replied.

"I-I lo-" He was cut off by a telephone ring.

"Oh, I need to answer this call." She said.

Percy listened as Annabeth talked with the person on the phone. "I love you, take care." She said to that person.

Percy suddenly got jealous. Does Annabeth have a boyfriend?

"My little cousin called." Annabeth explained to her. "What is it that you will going to say again?"

"What I was trying to say is that I-" he was cut off again by a noise outside.

"I'll go and check it." Percy opened the door only to see Jason, Nico, and Leo, obviously spying in them.

"Hi Everyone!" Annabeth greeted.

It's no use. Percy thought to himself. I'll just pretend that I have nothing to say...

Annabeth looked at him with curiosity. He looks really troubled. Annabeth looked at his lips. SHe suddenly had the urge to kiss him, and she did.

Percy was really shocked. Annabeth kissed him. She broke the kiss. "I love you, Seaweed Brain..." She said

"I was supposed to say that!" Percy replied "By the way, I love you too."

Little did they know that Nico, Leo, and Jason got Connor and Travis to put up a video camera in the Athena Cabin so everything they did is recorded.
