/At the Hospital/
Doc: So who are the family members of the patient?
Joanna: I'm her sister, How is she?
Doc: Based on the result of the test, Your sister has a chronic lymphocytic leukemia. This cml is a serious type of leukemia where there is an abnormal production of blood cells generally leukocytes or the white blood cells.
Elmo: Doc, Can you tell me that there is a treatment on that kind of disease. I'll pay it no matter how much it cost!
Doc: Mister, For this type of leukemia the treatment should start as soon as possible. The patient should take a gleevec which block the cancer gene but it just stop the cml from getting worse but does not cure it. But only bone marrow transplant is the other way of curring this kind of leukemia. But mister there is a 50-50% that the patient will survive after the operation.
Elmo: Joanna, Maqui! What should we do now?
Joanna: We should let my sister to decide.
Maqui: Well, If thats the case we should talk to her as soon as possible to know her decision if she will pursue a bone marrow transplant or not.
Doc: So I need your decision because we need to do the transplant to prevent the further cause of the leukemia.
Maqui: Okay, Thank you doc.
Doc: Okay, I'll go ahead.
