"What are you?" I ask

He looked at me with a surprised face. I stepped backwards trying to avoid him.

"I'm a vampire Trisha but I-I can explain" he said

I was too afraid at that time so I ran outside. I ran far away from his house but all of a sudden Marti was standing right in front of me

"How did you?" How can he move that fast? Oh I forgot Vampires have super speed

"Trisha, please let me explain"

"Your the one who tried to kill Wes and Jazz?" I asked

"No, it was not me, I swear" he said

"Then how can you explain Jazz's dead body in your house?"

"She's transitioning" he said

"To what?" I asked again

"A vampire" he said

I cant believe what I just had heard

"Then who slashed her throat?" I ask

"The Prison Gaurds" he said

We went back to his house and I'm still freaking about this vampire thing, and it disturbs me to see and smell Jazz's body

He told me that the prison guards are strict vampires, the one who keeps evil and vicious supernatural people, like Werewolves, Vampires, Banshees, Witches and Demons locked up for eternity. Yes, The Prison Gaurds are vampires but they can control they're thirst for blood.

He also told me that if the vicious vampire has a human friend or ally, they will kill them too to protect they're kind. So that no one will know there are vampires in existence. So I think that makes me a target too

"Then why were they after Jazz?" I asked again

"They weren't really after Jazz, they wanted to use her to capture..........me" he said

"Why?"

"I've done horrible things in the past hundred years Trisha and I swear I regretted it all" he said

"What did you do?"

"In 1893 I've killed an entire village of kind people, they were the one's who helped me when I was bitten by a werewolf. I had no conscience then so I killed them all"

"Then how did you control yourself?"

"A friend of mine in the 80's helped me. She made me suffer for three months with no blood until I learned to control it. Sometimes she tortures me but it helped"

She sounds harsh but in a good way. I cant believe he did all of that and he's older than me.

"How did you die?" I asked

"I'll explain that to you soon, but not today. Back to the story, so I was running my whole entire life for them and now I have never been more scared. They're here. I dont know what they look like, but they're here. And they're probably gonna punish me" he said
