Lots of dogs, some cats and some humans resort here. Living in the crumbling buildings. It's hard to find food here but not impossible.
There's a couple group of dogs here that most try their best to stay away from or try ti impress them by either killing their enemy's and showing them or finding food for them. If they are impressed they'll let them join, if not they either kill them or let them go.
