Chapter 1:

" Lee SilBi..." said Mister Soo. He was folding his arms across his chest waiting for an answer.  All I could do was stare blankly at the contract before fating my future. All I could think was, what would appa say? Would he tell me to go for it? Or would he tell to decline the offer that would help me out with so many things that I wouldn't be able to do on my own.

"Ahem..." said Mr. Soo clearing his throat, waiting for an answer. " Lee SilBi, do you agree with the contract?" He asked getting a bit impatient. Of course he would, he has many other important things to do other than making a deal with an 18 year old girl.

I closed my eyes waiting for a sign to appear but nothing came. My mouth seemed to have a mind of its own and spit out,"Y-yes" while giving a slight smile. "Araso if you could please sign here, here and here." He said indicating the locations on the various sheets of paper.

I hesitantly grabbed his fancy pen and brought it towards the papers. I hope I'm making the right decision. I signed the places as I was told and handed back the pen.

"Perfect, now my sons will be arriving tonight from their mothers homes. We will be having an event commemorating the future for the seven future cooperations." He said smiling while giving the contract towards his new secretary. It hurt to see a new man replacing my appas job that he had loved and cherished in order to give me and eomma a better life and living.

"I had my wife pick out the dress you will be wearing to tonight's event." He said standing up and walking towards me. "Mr. park will be showing you your new room. You're outfit will be laid out on your bed and the head maid will help you get ready. The event starts at 7:00." he said extending his hand for me to take. I placed my hand carefully in his and he helped me stand up. I quickly flattened out my school skirt and fixed my poster.

"Are there any questions  Miss. Lee." he asked while I made my way towards the doors of his ever so elegant  work room. "No. Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity Mister Kim." I said while bowing 90 degrees. He nodded his head and gestured for Secretary Park to lead me to my new room in the new home I would be living in for who knows how long.

"Right this way Miss. Lee." said Mr. park  slightly bowing his head and gesturing his hand towards the flight of stairs that led to the second floor. I walked up the beautiful carpeted stairs and up towards a row of rooms all with double doors. Man how many rooms does this house have I questioned myself as Mr. park led me towards the room down the hall.

He opened the doors to my room revealing a beautifully interior decorated room. The walls were painted in lavender. My favourite colour...

•••flash back•••

"Appa " I yelled running towards my father in the park. In my hand I had four beautiful flowers. I had saw them while running around the park with a small boy around my age, which was five. I saw him at the park every Saturday with his halmonie. He would also wear a lavender bracelet on his hand. He said his father gave it to him, promising him he would return one day.

Ever since I saw his bracelet and those flowers, I had fallen inlove with the colour.

" Nae SilBi" said my father laughing and walking towards my small running body. "Look, I picked these for you."  I said while trying to hand them to the fathers tall figure. He smiled and took them. "Thank you sweetie" he said as he brought the flowers towards his nose to smell the bitter scent. "Lavender. Is that your favourite colour?" He said to me while reaching to pick me up and rest me on his left hip. I nodded continuously and giggled.

I looked around the room and saw a king sized bed and in the middle of the room was a coffee table. I walked more into the room and saw a desk with an expensive computer.
