At the end of the lift, I rotate my body upside down and plant my feet on a quarter pipe shaped platform and pushed forward. I was ready. Vex platforms teleported in and out. I had to be fast to jump from platform to platform.

"The Vex tech here match the signature from the Vault of Glass, they fade in and out of our timeline. Watch your step," said Petra.

She was right, there were platforms disappearing and reappearing. One would appear towards the direction I needed to go, as the platforms behind me disappear. I hopscotch my way across the Vex tower. When I make it to the other side, I look up and see the Wolf Ketch.

"Skolas's Ketch! This is it, Guardian," she exclaimed.

I follow the path to the Ketch. In front of me was a Vex fog spawn. I took cover. "Vex, great," I commented.

When the fog passed, there was no Vex. It was... Fallen?!

"What? Guardian, there are dozens of new Fallen signatures, it's the Vex tech!" Petra said.

"What do the Wolves think they're doing!?" I said.

"It's Skolas, he's pulling the House of Wolves through time!"

I vault over cover and used Bladedancer. I swung my blade, twirling and slashing. I moved up with the Arc blade in my hand. A Captain gets in my way. I stop and duck-spin his melee attack and chuck the knife in his neck. I pull the blade out and kept moving.

I'm at the final platform. Two Servitors stare at me from a distance. Vex portals surround the sides of this area. I took the time to casually destroy them. All but one was destroyed. The last one was behind the Servitors. I start walking towards the Servitors. They fired at me with their purple blasts. My reflexes reacted and stepped back, dodging their fire. I stand back and they stopped firing. Suddenly the Eliksni language roared out. Skolas jumped out of the portal and roared out his prophecy saying, "I have stole the gift of Time, all Houses bow down to the Kell of Kells!" Translated Variks.

"He has no where to run! Take him down!" demanded Petra.

Skolas fires a Scorch Cannon, the same one I had back at the Winter Lair. I Blinked past him and destroyed the portal he came out of. I'm playing smart and making sure reinforcements don't surprise me. Then I focused fire on the Servitors and destroyed them. Now it was just me, and Skolas. I have already planned what I'm going to do. I ran to him, pulling my glass smartphone out my pocket. I shot his shoulder with a sniper to make him flinch. I stood in front of him and took off my helmet. I opened my camera app and took a selfie with him. I made a silly face by sticking my tongue out and smile. I snapped the photo and laughed happily.

"Adding that to my favorites!" I giggled.

Once he recovered, he stomped on the ground, trying to knock me back. He missed. Instead, I hug him from the front, holding onto him.

"So cute!" I squeal.

He tries to pry me off, but he couldn't get his hands on me. I avoided him just for hugs. Once I was finished, I jumped off his head and pointed and Golden Gun in midair right above him and wounded him just enough for capture. I land on my feet and hear the whooshing sound of Prince Uldren's ship and his Crows. A beam shoots out from the ship levitates Skolas up and teleports him in the ship.

"Capture confirmed. I almost feel bad for Skolas. Punishments from the Queen can be rather, harsh," she said. Then she giggles quietly and says, "Anyways, come back to the Reef, with your reward."

I sit down and took off my helmet.

"Another Kell, huh?" I said.

"The Fallen are breaking down and are not able to restore in any time," said Nolan.

I exhaled and looked at the sky. I close my eyes and took slow breaths. Opening my senses, I cleared my mind and meditated for a minute. When the minute passes, the next thing I heard was a voice.

"Such a shame for someone like you who doesn't understand true Darkness, at its heart. And I'm not referring to the Black Garden," a female voice said, laughing in a slight maniac tone. I stand up and look around for the source.

"Who's there?!" I shouted.

The voice continued to laugh and giggle. I turned around and see it, or her. I couldn't see her face but it was a Hunter, a Cloak whipping away as she ran off.

"Hey wait!" I exclaimed, reaching my arm out.
She disappeared. She looked like a Guardian, but I didn't sense any Light from her. Who was she?

When I return to the Reef, the first thing I see is Athena, in good condition. She hugs me and apologizes.

"What for?" I smile.

"It's just because I shoulda asked for help. But I thought I could take'm down."

I pat her shoulder. "It's okay. besides, people like me, were Guardians. It's what we do," I said.

"I bet being a Guardian is so cool..."

We both walk and approach Petra.

"Skolas is captured once more, and this time for good. Hopefully he'll learn his lesson," she said. "This is your reward, Guardian."

She hands me a Reef designed Sidearm called, Vestian Dynasty.

Athena briskly walks away. She seems a bit pissed. She wants to be Guardian, she wanted to prove her mother her worth. I think it's about time I show Petra that.

"Petra, I think your daughter deserves this. She tried very much despite her setbacks. She deserves to be free, to show her the Light of the Traveler. So I ask for your permission to let your daughter to become a Guardian, to Become Legend. I ask this because I believe in her that she could learn and find her purpose in life, other than serving the Queen of course. Just please, let me guide her. Show her what it means to be a Guardian."

After saying that, I felt like I made a MLK speech.

She sighs and stares at me. "Okay," she replied."but she's your responsibility. Okay?"

I bow. "Yes ma'am. You won't regret it. But don't tell her. Tomorrow I'll come and pick her up, tell her to pack and get her ready."

"Wait, first do me one more hunt, and I'll promise my blessings to my daughter."

"What is it?" I asked.

"Taniks the Scarred. A deadly rouge Fallen mercenary. He likes to play tricks and fool and kill Guardians. He took Skolas's Ketch to the Moon and plan on nuking it. You, Athena, and her friend, Tara will hunt him down."

"Sounds good, I'll be ready, meanwhile get her things packed then," I said, starting to walk to my ship.

"Where are you going to take her?" She asks.

"The one place where the home of the Guardians live, the Tower."
