It All Started With Truth Or Dare

WHAT CHAPTER 20!!! I'm so sorry that I haven't updated in around a month or two. I'm back again! I haven't updated in a while because school was getting in the way as well as trying to figure out how I was going to write this chapter and my next chapter in Chalant: pack of two. Either than that I'm back and here we go!!!

As the car drove out of the driveway the plan was in motion.

"Okay the wolf is out of the den." Wally stated as he closed the curtains. Zatanna and Robin started to laugh when Artemis hit him in the back of the head.
"What was that for!" He yelled as the two young teens kept laughing as Artemis let out a deep throated growl.

"Was the pun really necessary, baywatch!" Artemis yelled at the redhead who was rubbing his head.
"We're here to help Myia with this crisis not be funny okay! We have a mission so keep your stupid idiotic head in the game!" Once she had turned around Wally stuck his tongue out at her.

"Will you two stop acting like children and start thinking straight!" Julia yelled at the two. The room fell silent, everyone looked over at the Shiftourian in the room as Kaldur shook his head at Wally and Artemis's argument.
"Myia said that it is a party that her father is forcing her to go to with her ex. Now if you two are done arguing, we can get ready for phase two of the plan." Julia stated causing Wally and Artemis's eyes to widen.

"Maybe we shouldn't get on her bad side." Robin suggested.

"Fact, you shouldn't get on the bad side of any Shiftourian. There is a 75-90 percent chance you are going to end up in the hospital and a 35-10 percent chance you are going to end up in a coma." Julia stated as she smirked at the speedsters reaction to not get onto Myia's bad side.

"Okay know that that is dealed with, Zatanna may you please change our outfites for phase two please." Kaldur asked, Zatanna only nodded her head and said her spell. A bright flash of light that lasted around 5-10 seconds before the team found themselves in either a dress or a tux.

M'gann was in a long dark blue dress that had white and silver sparkles at the bottom of the skirt. It had only one sleeve that went half way down her arm and a mask to match it.

Artemis was in a light yet dark green dress that went up to her middle calves, it had two holes on the waist, the dress had no sleeves but it had a turtle neck like top, the chest was cut out as if it was a heart and a lime green mask to match the dress.

Zatanna was in a long black dress, with a slit in the side. The dress was partly sleeveless, the trimming of the dress had silver sparkles, it had a heart neckline that also had a few sparkles. Her mask was a dark blue fading into black.

Kaldur had on a dark dark blue tux on with a navy blue tie on, with a mask that was the same color as his tie.

Robin had on a black tux on with a red bow tie on, with a black mask that look similar to his own mask.

Conner was wearing a navy blue tux with a dark blue tie and a black mask on.

Liam had on a black tux with a light blue bow on. His Green Lantern mask stayed the same just in a dark dark navy blue.

Wally was wearing a - close to black - gray tux on with a red tie on with a mask the same color.

"Man I hate wearing dresses." Artemis stated as she crossed her arms, in disappointment.

"Well I'm sorry Artemis, but the party is a fancy, no girls in pants kind of party." Julia stated as she walked up to the blond and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"What about you Julia?" Robin asked, walking up behind and placing his arms around Zatanna protectively.

"Me? I'm just going to use a simple spell to change one of my other dresses to look different." Wally looked confused, maybe because he forgot that all Shiftourians can absorb magic.

"Ummm.... What?" He asked. Artemis rolled her eyes and walked over to him to slap him in the head.

"Remember. Myia isn't the only Shiftourian that can absorb magic asshole." Artemis told Wally as he rubbed the back of his head.

"Okay you just had to tell me. Jeez." Wally pouted, still rubbing his head.

"Julia what time is it?" Kaldur asked. Everyone looked around the room for the Shiftourian but there wasn't a trace of her. Soon after about a minute or three of waiting is silence, Julia walked out of her room in a light pink to white dress, the dress was long and had a bit of poof to it. The top of the dress was shoulderless but the sleeves went all the way down her arm until it reached her wrist. Her mask was the same color as the bottom half of the dress, a nice light pink color. Once the shock wore off of everyone's face, Conner was the first one to break the silence that the room was engulfed in.

"I hate monkey suites." Conner grunted.

"Um..." Kaldur coughed. "What time is it Julia, the party should be starting any minute now?"

"Um it is 8:15, the party started five minutes ago." Julia said once she came back in from the kitchen.

"Okay then lets go." Wally said as the teens that sat in the chairs got up and headed to the front door.

"M'gann, you might want to change how you look, you know because... um... we don't have any... um... green Shiftourians." Julia stated looking at the Martian, trying to be as polite as she possibly could.

"Hello Megan, thank you Julia for telling me." M'gann said as she changed into her human form.

"Good now..." Julia started clasping her hands together.
"We can just go and head out to that party. Remember it is a mission, we have to be in different parts of the room so Myia's father wouldn't suspect anything and do you all know your parts?" The room echoed in yes's and Kaldur and Conner only nodded their head yes.

"Okay we need to take different vehicles, I'm able to make a car for a couple of you guys but we need to enter at different times, not at the same time because we all know that would cause us to look suspicious." Julia announced. Everyone exited the building. Once they entered the driveway, Julia cased a simple spell and her car teleported to the end of the drive way and three more cars appeared. Kaldur and Julia got into her car which was placed at the bottom of the driveway, Artemis and Wally in the next one, and Liam, Zatanna and Robin in the next, and M'gann and Conner in the one at the top of the driveway, behind everyone else. Liam, Conner, Kaldur and Wally where the ones who where driving the cars because they were the ones who knew how to drive.

'M'gann set up a mind link.' Kaldur said as a mind link was created.

'Man this feels funny.' Julia stated as she clinched her head as this was her first time being able to talk threw just by thinking.

'You'll get used to it.' Zatanna stated.

'Okay everyone lets get this show on the road.' Wally said with excitement (My parents say lets get this show on the road so much that I'm now saying it). As the vehicles started, and left the house they where wondering how they where supposed to get to the party when they had no idea where they're going.

'Um Julia?' Wally asked.

'Yeah Wally?' She responded.

'We don't know where we're going.' Wally stated.

'Just follow us and you'll be fine.' Julia said as they headed down the road to the Myia's old house.

'I think this is going to be bigger of a threat then we thought it would be.' Liam said after moments of silence as he pulled up to the house. Looking at the front lawn their were security guards out at the front entrance and on the inside of the front doors. When will this party end.
Hey guys. I'm sorry that I have been gone for a while it is just that with school, choosing my classes for next year, and that I also have a bunch of projects to do that i haven't even started on that are due by the Friday before March Break. I also have a life outside of fanfictions!!! even though I love writing them for you guys, it is just that I couldn't think of a good way for this chapter to go so it can flow with the story and make the story more smooth. Anyway besides that I have also been trying my hardest to get more time to write these but I just can't because of my life and how busy it is, with school, homework, dance and all the projects that I have to do it's very hard for me to be writing these stories on the fly so sorry if I don't update for quite some time but I will update I promise that.
Anyway, like I always say...
