I storm back into the house after saying my goodbyes with my parents. "Hello?" I yell loudly. "Hey, I know your in here because I saw you so just go ahead and come out now."
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. No movement, no sound, no anything. I know she's in here. I am not crazy. Sighing I go up the stairs to my new room, too exhausted from the plane ride and drive here for a stupid 'ghost' hunt. If ghosts were real I'd probably be seriously freaked out, but she's probably just a runaway that doesn't want to get caught so she came to the dump. I
I stomp up the stairs and they creak loudly with each step. I feel a scowl growing on my face as I take in my surroundings. The paint is peeling on the inside as well as the outside. The few doors that I pass have scratches and rusty doorknobs and hinges.
The floor looks like someone ran a lawnmower on it and dumped battery acid. The windows are completely smudged with dirt and dust, as well as shit that I don't even want to know. I open my door and a cloud of dust messes up my vision for a few seconds.
"What a dump," I mumble under my breath.
"It's not a dump, you're just an extremely rude trespasser," a girls voice says from behind me. I turn around quickly my heart almost pounding out of my chest and look right into a pair of beautiful green eyes.

Hey, guys! I'm so so sorry it's been so long since I updated. It's all my fault, not Syd's. I didn't have ideas like at all for any of my stories on this account and a lot of my stories on my other account. And lately I've been dealing with family shit.
