When Wade rides off to display the music box, he loses his way in the woods and stumbles upon the castle where he meets the transformed servants name Sam (who was turned into a candelabra), Silver (who was turned into a mantle clock), Graze (who was turned into a teapot) and her son Classic Sonic (who was turned into a teacup). After getting used to seeing talking objects, the servants warm him by the fire and serve him some food.
After Wade ate some dinner, he went to the garden with Sam and Silver who show him around quietly before their master wake up. Then, Wade saw a pretty pink rose which he remind the promise for his daughter and took it, ignoring Sam and Silver's warning to never take their master's Rose until they heard a roar and it was Mushu who is not happy to find a trespasser in his castle and taking his Rose without his permission. So, Mushu decide to imprisons Wade until he'll own him something someday.
