~Peter's POV~

I can't believe Jake is Amber's brother. I didn't know. Now she probably hates me. Great the girl I finally figured out my feelings for hates me. Why does everything bad happen to me. What did I do? Other than rip people's hearts out and torture people. But that's all.

Amber looked down at her brother and ran over to him. She began crying as she held his hand. She glared at me in hatred.

"I'm sorry." I whispered before running out. I had to clear my mind. I decided to go to the waterfall. I didn't flash there because I felt walking my help me clear up everything.

"Pan? What are you doing?" A little voice said from behind me. I turned around to see little Nate's concerned face. I didn't answer I just sighed and turned back around and walked away. Something tapped my back.

"Look, Nate I really don't want to be bothered now." I said turning around. It wasn't Nate though. It was Baelfire and he looked angry. But something was different he didn't look lost. I didn't have my flute with me either.

"Well if it isn't Baelfire." I said in a 'I knew you were coming' voice even though I really didn't know he was coming.

"Where is she?" He asked with a look of determination. I put my hands on his shoulders.

"No need to worry about her." I said smirking at him.

"I have a name you know." Someone said behind me. Amber.

"Amber!" Baelfire said shaking out of my grasp and running over to her.

"Are you ok? Did he hurt you?" Baelfire asked examining her for injuries.

"No he didn't hurt me. I'm fine. But the question is did they hurt you?" Amber lied to him. I did hurt her. To much.

"No they attempted to make me lost and it worked for a minute but I snapped out of it. I was lucky." Baelfire said before looking back at me. She hugged him as if she loved him.

"Bae." She said letting go of him. "I need to speak with Pan. Alone." I hated to admit it but I was happy to be able to be alone. With Amber.

"Alright but if he hurts you in anyway just holler." He said before running off. I watched him as he disappeared in the forest. Then I looked at Amber's beautiful face.

"Hello?" She said snapping me out of my gaze.

"Oh um sorry." I said looking down at my feet.

"Why didn't you just let the boys kill me? Why did you call them off?" She asked looking at me.

"My heart told me it wasn't right for you to just die when you were trying to help someone." I answered leaning against a tree.

"Please. Let Jake and I off this island. Please." She pleaded taking a few steps forward.

I let out a sigh. "Go get your brother he should be awake now. Bring him back here and then we will figure it out." She nodded before running of deeper into the forest. I watched her to make sure she didn't turn back. I didn't want her to leave. I like her and it may always be like that. I will let her brother leave but that's it. If I let her go I knew I would regret it.

"Come in Jake! Hurry we're almost there." I heard faint voices in the distance. I saw Amber walking with her brother. I panicked a little hoping that she would stay with me and that Jake will let her.

"We're back now let's settle this." Amber said as her and Jake walked up to me.

"I will let only one of you leave this island. I'm sorry I just can't let both of you leave." I said looking at my feet. Amber turned to Jake.

"I'll stay here. Amber you can go home." Jake answered holding Amber.

"No I will not go home to those monsters who will beat me to death." Amber replied standing up straight.

"Oh my god I didn't tell you did I?" Jake asked looking upset.

"Tell me what?" Amber questioned looking confused.

"Our parents. They were in a car accident. They died instantly and there was no saving them." Jake said squeezing his eyes shut trying to stop from crying. A tear welled in Amber's eye. Now streaming down her perfect face. She cried into her brothers chest.

"Shh. It's ok Amber." Jake said hugging her tightly. I didn't like to see Amber cry like that. It felt like someone just ripped my heart into pieces. I walked slowly up to her as Jake loosened his grip on her.

"I won't let you stay here, Jake. If you want me to be happy then you will go home." Amber said wiping the tears from her eyes away.

"This will make you happy?" Jake asked taking a deep breath. Amber nodded and hugged him tighter.

"Then I'll do it. I'll do it for my baby sister." She looked at him and smiled.

"I'll miss you." She whispered before burying her head into his chest.

"I'll miss you too." He said before pulling her off gently.

"Ok now I'm going to open a portal and I need you to think of where you want to go and then jump in. Got it?" I said before pulling Amber back so she wouldn't get sucked in.

"Ready?" I asked raising my arm with the bean in it.

"Ready." He said as I threw it to the ground. I green portal opened.

"Goodbye Amber." Jake said before jumping into the portal. The portal disappeared and I let go of Amber. But she jumped into my arms and cried into my chest. I hugged her and smiled. I wanted this. I wanted it badly.

"It's ok Amber I will always be here for you." I said grabbing her shoulders. She smiled. I wanted to kiss her so bad. But I didn't know if she would kiss back. I decided to take my chances and began to lean in.

~Amber's POV~

He started to lean in to kiss me. Without thinking I leaned in too. Before I knew his lips crashed into mine. Our lips moved in sync. This wasn't just a kiss. It was my first. I liked it though. I really did. I don't know why though I hated the thought that I did like it. I don't like him that way. Do I? I guess I do considering I'm kissing him right now.

He pulled away which made me snap out of my thoughts. He smiled at me. Agh his smile it's perfect. Just wonderful.

"I've wanted that." He said when I realized I was still in his arms.

"Me too." I said without thinking. Woah. Woah. Woah. Back up Amber. He could of killed you and your brother. But he didn't. But he is still a monster. Right? I don't know right now but I really don't care.

I think I like him. Is that wrong? I mean love is love but I didn't love him. Yet.

"What are you thinking about?" Peter asked pulling me closer to him.

"I don't know. Just thinking I guess." I answered quickly. "I'm tired. Are you?"

"I could use some sleep." Peter said picking me up bridal style. We flashed into his tent. All of the lost boys were probably asleep by now.

"Where am I supposed to sleep?" I asked as Peter set me down, slipped out of his shirt and hopped into his bed.

"You can sleep here." Peter said motioning to the empty spot on his bed.

"I'm not sleeping with you." I answered crossing my arms.

"Not like that. I meant just to share a bed that's all." Peter said smirking.

"Ugh fine." I said as I walked over to the opposite side that he was on. I slipped on his covers trying to stay as far away from him as possible.

"Why are you trying to stay away from me?" Peter questioned pulling me closer to him.

"I'm afraid your going to like...rape me or something." I said scooting back over to my side. He just wrapped his strong arms around me and pulled me closer again. I didn't do anything about it though. I guess I didn't mind.
