Dear diary,
It's Tuesday and I had to tell on my brother again! I'm just glad I get to see Mark! I went to the clothes shop and I got a pink dress. We didn't have uniforms at our school. I sped back home so then I won't get beaten for being late. I watched my favourite film on my phone in my room. I heard shouting and yelling downstairs. Mom and dad were fighting again. Mom wanted to quit drinking and assumed that he was holding her back. Dad smacked her face and she fell to the ground. She was unconscious for hours. I watched from my room. I got my phone and call 911. They came and took care of mom and sent dad to jail for attempted murder (I think). Do you see why I want to kill myself? I just hope that Mark will make me feel better.
