Her Love Fixed The Broken Girl (Laurinah)

Prologue

Lucy was sitting alone on the couch for the fourth time this week because Lauren was out working late again. Don't get her wrong she loves the fact that Lauren is doing what she loves but she honestly getting sick of being second on Lauren's list, she'd much rather be first. With a heavy sigh she stood up from the couch and headed towards the bedroom where she began packing her things. If Lauren wasn't going to spend time with her then she was just going to leave. She would rather be single than beg for somebody's attention that's not her.

Lauren walks into the apartment with a smile on her face. She was finally able to spend time with her girlfriend without getting interrupted with the album now that it's completed.

Making her way to the bedroom she frowns when she sees Lucy packing her things "babe what are you doing?" Lauren asked.

Lucy huffed "I'm leaving." She said short, not looking at Lauren.

"What do you mean you're leaving?" Lauren asked on the verge of tears.

Lucy rolls her eyes "Lauren I-I can't do this anymore!" She cries, "I'm so sick and tired of being last on you list. If you're not going to pay attention to then-then we're over." She said quietly.

Lauren was at a loss for words as she looked at her girlfriend "Lucy you can't be serious?" She questions, "I've been trying to spend time with you but with my album dropping soon I've been working really hard to get it done so I can spend time with you. Please Lucy don't leave me. I promise I'll spend more time with you." She says "I promise."

Looking at Lauren, Lucy wanted to give in and stay but she quickly dismissed that though "Lauren I'm sorry but I-I can't do this. I refuse to be put on the back burner because of your stupid career. I'm done Lauren." She stated, successfully breaking the green eyed girls heart as she left.

Lauren tired to stop her from leaving but Lucy just ignored her and continued walking out of the apartment. With a heavy sigh Lucy took her ring off and dropped it on the floor as she walks away without looking back at her now sobbing ex girlfriend. Lucy shakes her head "you'll get over me one day Lauren. Don't worry." With that said Lucy walked out of Lauren's life forever.
