Jimin's POV:
Today was our day off and the boys and I decided to roam the streets for some food. I prayed that no body would notice us today. It's been a tiring week and I don't need paparazzi ruining our day off. We all got ready and drove to a little section of town with a bunch of markets. We started by buying a bunch of food until we were stuffed. We then separated and did our own shopping.
Rose's POV:
All of these books are starting to get heavy, maybe I should just go and put them down in my car. I made my way through the streets towards my car, and looked at some of the jewellery stands on my way back. I was admiring a simple silver ring walking to go and ask how much it was when I felt my feet slip on something round. I dropped my books and scrunched up my face to prepare myself for the pain... But I just kept waiting and never felt it happen. I felt a grip on my arm and looked at the hand up to the arm, and up to the face. A boy with bleach blonde hair and doughy brown eyes stared at me. He was beautiful, handsome yes, but more beautiful than handsome. His skin was like a doll's, completely flawless. He wore a white sweatshirt and ripped jeans made them look like they were made solely for him.
"Careful there," he said, his voice rich and smooth, helping me regain my balance.
"Haha thanks," I said awkwardly and bent down to pick up my books. My arm felt like it was on fire from his touch.
"Let me," he bent down and picked up the remaining books, beating me to it, and gave them to me when he was done.
"Oh it's okay--thanks..."
"Are you okay?" He asked, his face full of concern.
"Yeah, thanks to you. Thank you again," I said, shifting the books to one arm, tucking a strand of my dark hair behind my ear.
"No problem," he smiled and I smiled back. It was contagious, and especially when his eyes did a little smile of their own. We just stood there, staring at each other for what felt like forever. I broke contact first, looking down at my red sneakers and started to blush.
"Not to sound arrogant or anything, but do you not know me?" He asked, smile faltering.
"Um I don't think so," I said looking up at his face, assessing it. "I'm sorry have we met before?" I asked, I wouldn't forget a face like that.
"Oh um no no, sorry never mind." Um, that was a little weird.
"Are you leaving? Do you want me to help you carry your books?" He said, that smile reappearing on his face. If anyone else said that I would have felt creeped out, but the way he said it with the sweetest tone ever, made me say yes.
"That would be incredibly helpful, if you don't mind."
"Not at all," he replied, grabbing most of my books from me, touching my hand in the process causing my heart to skip a beat. "Lead the way."
