"oh and did you see the video?" julie asked carrey with a smirk.

carrey had no idea her video has reached over 1k likes in just one day. "what video?" she asked.

julie's eyebrows met, "what?! you mean you don't know—" she was stopped when a hand covered her mouth. it was garrey.

"ew gross! mustard!" julie kept repeating. garrey silenced her with his intense gaze.

"she means, that video of the cat rolling around." garrey said.

"oh yeah! i know that one- HEY! GARREY THAT'S NOT FAIR!" carrey screamed when garrey took fries from her.

garrey kept his hand over julie's mouth to shut her up.

carrey can't help but get weirded out by julie and garrey. "are you guys a thing or??" both of their eyes widened.

"n-no." they both said. garrey quickly left but before that he made sure julie will stay silent.

"knew it" carrey whispered and smiled as she began munching on her fries again.

you see, carrey isn't your typical teenager. she prefers books over social media. she merely uses her phone, well except when she texts garrey to wait for her in the parking lot after school.

she picked up the book she borrowed from the library yesterday, "hmmm. little mermaid." she laughed while shaking her head.

she stood up but something fell from the book. it was a piece of torn paper. it had number written on it, much like a phone number.

she looked for the original page of this torn page. she found more numbers.

she pieced it together, "well would you look at that"

it has been a long time since i prank called someone, she thought as she grabbed her cellphone and typed the number
