You Are Filled With Determination!!

"(name)... it was nice to meet you. Goodbye" you watch as Asgore had broken the 'Mercy' button, you gulped knowing there was no way in backing out, you take a deep breath.

'I'm doing this for them.. And every monster in the underground that wants to see the surface!!'

Asgore looked down at you with sadness as he hit you with his trident, which had changed from blue to orange and it's normal color, you noticed he started hitting you with fireballs just like Toriel had.

You felt a lot of pain go throughout your body as you were slashed at by Asgore's trident not staying still when changed blue.

"Come on Asgore I don't wanna fight you" you noticed his breath hitched but he still attached, you were moving around quickly but slowly getting tired but you couldn't stop

"Asgore, stop fighting me!" you yelled firmly, he had moved slowly and his attacks seemed to not take as much damage.

You take a deep breath in and a shaky breath out your HP was down to 2

"Butterscotch pie?"

You equiped the pie and quickly ate it, you noticed Asgore's eyes softened for a second but he took an advantage and attacked you, you had dodged the attack by mere inches until you finally hit Asgore with a hard hit and his HP went down a lot which almost brought you to tears.

"Truthfully, I do not want power. I do not want to hurt anyone. I just want everyone to have hope..." You watched him fall to his knees and you just looked at him taken back.

"But, I cannot take this any longer, I just want to see my wife..." you noticed Asgore said Toriel with such care, anger and sadness

'Goddamnit Toriel.. Why??'  

 "I just want to see my child, please.. (name)... this war has gone on long enough.. You have the power... take my soul and leave this cursed place"

You noticed the 'Fight' and the cracked 'Mercy' button appear.

You try and say something only to have tears fall from your face, and your choke out a 'no' and push the 'Mercy' button, then tackle Asgore into a hug not caring about anything more, tears were soaking his armor.

You get off of Asgore after a few minutes and stand about to help him up until he half heartedly glared at you, but you knew he didn't want to "(y/n).." you noticed that he looked like he was going to hit you.

'I can't win... fuck'

you accepted your fait, closing your eyes and wait for it happen but nothing hurt you, you opened your eyes only to be met with him looking to the side...

"(Name), my child!"

'Toriel?!'

You looked to the right to see Toriel glaring at Asgore but you were to happy and just full on tackled her

"Toriel.. What are you doing here?" Toriel gave no response and hugged you, you took that as a hint to back up Asgore

"Asgore had told me to take his soul... to leave here... I didn't do it... I can break the barrier, I know I can" Toriel smiled and sat up
