The two men drove as fast as the could to the plexus district. As they drove they saw the murderer sitting on a skyscraper with wraps of bandages covering him. The knife laid on his lap as he laughed hysterically. The two police officers climbed as fast as they could up the skyscraper to confront the man as they did he jumped off and disappeared. The whole skyscraper then started to quickly fall apart the two men had nowhere to go they died instantly and were crushed under the rubble, along with 150+ victims in the accident.

1 year before the accident
"Hey boss did you hear the plexus district is getting a huge skyscraper to build a facility tower" "no I didn't" they both ended the conversation quickly as they heard the phone ring. The man quickly grabbed the phone and answered "hello police department what's your emergency" there was no sound other than static then there was a voice of anguish as a lady squealed and cried out asking for help. The phone then hanged up it was panic at the department they traced the call and went to the woman's house there was no answer they then busted the door down to see the woman's body torn and ripped each of her body parts replacing another and her eyes ripped out and her heart crushed. It was gruesome and diabolical there was sadness on the street as everyone stood by her house praying and singing no one could stand to think why anyone would do this, there was sleepless nights for the neighbours thinking they were next.

But a year passed and nothing happened until the same thing happened but the police were prepared they showed up before the screaming and saw the man. He jumped through the window and bolted across the street the police chased the man down he was dangerous to let go. The woman that he was attacking was killed and laid in the pool of blood that came from her stomach. The came the accident that led people in shock and despair and a little boy inspired

14 years later
"Hello my names Ivan and I'm here to apply for a spot in the police force" he said with confidence and excitement. The lady at the counter looked over the application and said "I'll go over this with my boss and call you tomorrow if you got it or not" he smiled nodded and walked away gleefully. There was a always a nice and calm vibe when Ivan was around he never could be mean or judgemental. He never talked back or interrupted people when they spoke cause he was taught to adapt. But when he was serious everything changes he becomes a total machine. If hitman agent 47 and john wick had a baby it would be Ivan. His hazel eyes glisten and turn to almost a green and he slicks back his hair. His attitude changes immensely along with his persona. Instead of a happy young child with a dream on his mind, he becomes a man with a grudge and a hatred along with the drive to capture any fugitive of any kind and bring him to justice. Nothing gets in ivans way not even family nor love or so he thought.
