(*Naru's POV*)
Naru was panting and sweating, what he noticed as his wet black hair flew in his face while he was running as fast as he could, and still he only had about the half way done to his destination, the tree house - well if you could even call it that, when you considered the size of that building - tree mansion would fit better.. yeah, the tree mansion of his instructor Isamu, the current Guardian of the Wolves, which he chose, or rather was chosen to be after him. It would take too long to explain it right now, there were more important things going on. His escape for one.
He looked over his shoulder, to see if he was still being followed by the people of this damn Villa he was trapped in for almost.. well he couldn't quite tell, but by the time he was captured, there has still been snow lying around - it was february - so he guessed, as it smelled and looked like early spring, it were probably about two months. Even though it felt like two years, he thought bitter.
The second more important thing was the Fact that he had to go through the lands of the Vampire Faction. Yeah, there were 13 Factions, each of the them had it's own land, each with one big City and more space for a few villages and Nature, where they could live, plant, hunt - basically everything they wanted. Only held back by their own kind. Every other Faction was forbidden to interrupt, if it wasn't for one to precisely call for help. Of course there were a few disagreements between the Factions and, well, the Vampire's weren't really that fond of the Wolves. Why, you ask? Well, I don't know. When they have developed? Don't know either. Every time I asked, Isamu changed the Topic and after some more asking, he just refused to say anything about it. Anyways.. Naru was in it right now, and was a bit nervous, yes. 'Please goddess, don't make me meet anyone of them', he prayed silently.
His prayer was interrupted by a sudden pain on the right side of his stomach. "Ohh crap, right, there was something, yup." Naru squeezed out of his mouth and grabbed the wound with his left hand, remembering the guy who shot him with those damn bullets made of Silver and Gold, specifically made for him, as he was told.
"Oh GOSH, why does it start hurting that much NOW?!" - Naru was running for about an hour by now - he growled with clenched teeth as a strong wave of hurt suddenly erupted, and fell with his shoulder to the nearest tree on his right, what sent a brizzling pain to his arm.
"OW! God dammit why can't everything stop hurting me for once??" Naru almost screamed now with tears of pain in his eyes as he bent over and slowly slid down the tree, he was still leaning at.
"Well, I guess the world is cruel isn't it?" A cool voice said to his left, but as Naru looked or rather swung around his head so fast you could fear he'd break his neck, there was nobody.
Even after he looked around a bit more - trying to get a glimpse behind the trees, that blocked most of his sight, so he couldn't really see that far. 'Well it's a forest after all, duh' Naru thought, slightly annoyed by now.
"We aren't really the smartest guy, huh?" The Voice said again, rather amused this time. Now Naru could make out where the sound came from though, at least he hoped so as he looked up from the point he was searching at before.
And there, yes, there stood a guy about his age - 19 by now, if Naru laid right with his assumption of the two months...He was rather handsome with almost white, icy coloured hair that shined a bit in the late evening it got by now. Nightsky blue eyes with a touch of purple - at least he guessed so, Naru's sight got a little blurry of the pain by now and the guy stood a good 3 meters away on a branch of the nearest tree to his left.
His clothes looked like as if you'd mix Robin Hood with an edgy teen. An amethystish reflective velvet cape with a hood over most his hair so Naru could only see the strands that were looking out of it. It seemed to be the normal length for most boys - You know Jack Frost from the film Rise of the Guardians? Yeah? Well, then you kinda know what it looked like.
Naru noticed something else though. He had two little Braids that led to the end of his left ear..and if Naru saw right, where they were bound so they couldn't get loose again, two amethyst coloured feathers have been inwrought. 'This guy really has it with his white and purple, doesn't he?' Naru silently guessed.
The cape lasted till a little bit over his knees, that were inside a tight, black Jeans, which was probably woven out of another fabric than normal cloth. If it wouldn't, the Jeans would be kinda bad to hunt and move around from Tree to Tree. Only logical, actually. At the bottom of those jeans he wore black army boots. They fit to the Outfit.
He wore a dark, gray Hoodie - double hood wow, so amazing. Notice my sarcasm.. - which sleeves were a slightly lighter shade of Gray but still dark. The button, that made sure the cape wasn't falling off when the guy moved was ice colour, too. A custom-built then? You had to be VERY lucky to find something THAT matching with everything so, probably yes. He was pretty fancy dressed, especially when you considered, that Naru was leaning here in a tattered gray T-Shirt, washed-out black jeans and black, green sneakers. The same green as his eyes were: The coulour of 'a young plant in the sun' as Isamu liked to say.
Considering his Weapons - going out without a weapon as a Hunter would be stupid, just so you know - he had an onyx Bow with - Seriously? - ..ice coloured cloth wrapped around the middle. As gripping help, Naru guessed. But the best part, like, come on dude. Not everything has to match, you know? At the ends of the cloth were, guess it, little amethyst feathers..yeah. It looked pretty badass though, he had to commit.
He could only see one Arrow - the one he had on his bow - silver arrowhead, onyx shaft and amethyst vanes, so Naru couldn't guess how much ammunition the guy had, and that was pretty bad.
But the worst part: He was holding that Arrow right at Naru.
