Lacey's POV

I woke up the next day, and I still felt like I was missing something. But what was it? I looked over to my nightstand and pondered on it. What am I missing? I couldn't remember. My parents left me a note on my desk. It read:

Hi hon,

We're off to work today! We're sorry about last night, we were over reacting... But, we want you to keep in hanging out with this Elsie girl. And remember, don't talk to the neighbors or strangers! Oh, and here's your new iPhone!

I sighed. What's up with the neighbors? Stay away from that annoying brunette? You don't need to tell me that, I already am! I changed into a red plaid mini skirt, black lace-up boots, a white shirt, and black jumper. I put some mascara but nothing too fancy. I picked up my phone and slid into the pocket of my jumper. I decided to call Elsie and she answered. We decided to go to a small cafe called Blue Bell cafe. The name sounds familiar... WHY DO I KEEP THINKING ABOUT THESE KIND OF THINGS?!?!?! My phone's background was a picture of Big Ben for both the lock and home screen. I know I had a different one... GRR! I sighed and I walked over to Elsie's apartment.

She opened the door and there was some dude in there. He looked a few years older than her and I assumed they were dating.

"Elsie, is this your boyfriend?" I asked.

She sarcastically puked and answered,"HECK NO! THIS IS MY OLDER BROTHER, JAKE!!!" I blushed.

"O-oh, I'm sorry..."

She said it was okay and we all walked over to Blue Bell. The name still sounds familiar...    Anyways, I have to admit, Jake's pretty hot! I wonder if I do have a boyfriend so I can break up with him and go with Jake... I chuckled to myself. Elsie went to use the bathroom after 15 minutes and so Jake and I were left there... alone. We made small talk and Elsie didn't come back even after 5 minutes. I guess she wanted us to take a step ahead. Jake gladly took it.

"So, uh, you wanna go to the Statue of Liberty with me tonight?" he asked. What a flirt!

"Oh, sure!" I smiled. I'm not really into flirts, but I do like guys who are funny, sweet, but sometimes plays like a jerk. A mix of personalities is fun. Elsie returned after 5 more minutes and I guess she knew we hit it off. I still think the name of this place is familiar...

~A while later~

I waited near the front door for Jake, I was wearing a plaid red cardigan, a black beanie and matching scarf, and black ankle-high boots. Just for some fun, I popped on some black earrings that were shaped into a bow. I was about to call Jake but then I heard a knock. I opened it and I saw Jake, in a black jumper, ripped jeans, and some black converse. I smiled at him and we both walked side-by-side to the Statue of Liberty.

Louis' POV

The lads and I decided to go to the Statue of Liberty since we didn't get to see much yesterday. I have to say, NY is REALLY crowded. Traffic's bad and if a fan recognizes us, so would everyone else. So, I slid a Spider Man mask over my face and wore a Superman hoodie.

"DC/ Marvel lover, much?" Harry joked. Niall had on a baseball cap and sunglasses when it was like 8 PM, I mean seriously, who wears sunglasses in the middle of the night?!?! The lads and I walked out of the front door. I saw something that made my heart stop.

Lacey was walking out of her house, and she was with someone. A guy to be exact... Is he her new boyfriend?
