Josh: You reached behind your head, hand shaking as you tried desperately to secure the clasp of your necklace. You felt strong hands take the chain from you, doing it up easily. You turned around giving Josh a hug. "Nervous?" He asked, smiling brightly. "Incredibly," You muttered, giving a nervous laugh. You looked at Josh whose smile had faded significantly. "I'm making the right choice, aren't I?" You asked, looking down at your hands. "That's not for me to decide." He replied, tilting your chin up, forcing you to look at him. "But I'm not giving you away unless you are sure this is really what you want to do." You looked up at him, your lips slightly parted. You waited for that kiss that never came, those words he never said. You knew you loved him, knew it with your whole heart. Neither of you ever had the courage to tell each other the truth. "I'm sure." You replied after a moment, Josh smiled softly, holding out his arm. You gripped his bicep tightly, wishing it was him you'd be seeing at the other end of the aisle.

George: I was sweating, why did it have to be so goddamn hot in this church? My suit had gotten incredibly itchy all of the sudden and I couldn't sit still. "Will you calm down?" JJ said, nudging me softly. I nodded, my throat dry with anticipation. The wedding march started as the crowd stood up, eager to see you walking down the aisle. When I saw you, my heart, it just stopped. I wondered immediately if you had gotten my letter, if I had made you realize. We made eye contact, it felt as if we had been staring at each other forever, even though only a few seconds had passed. Your eyes told me the whole truth, you didn't want to do this. As I watched you take your place in front of the church, holding your hands in his, the tears falling down your face I knew they weren't tears for him.

Jaymi: You smiled at Jaymi, taking his hands as he gave you a slight turn. Your Bachelorette party hadn't been exactly traditional. You had allowed the boys to come, all four of them. If you were honest they were some of the best friends you had ever had, and you needed them here tonight. "Want another drink?" Jaymi shouted, motioning widely towards the bar. You moved closer to him so you could speak directly in his ear, "I think you're trying to get me drunk!" Jaymi wiggled his eyebrows and grabbed your hand, pulling you to the bar. A few shots of vodka later and you were the last remaining of the party. Stumbling drunk the two of you maneuvered your way back to the hotel, collapsing on your bead. Jaymi looked at you, his curls sticking up in all directions. "You shouldn't do it." He said, his cheeks flaming with the alcohol. "Why?" Jaymi sighed, pressing his lips to yours in a sad, slow kiss. "Because I've loved you longer than he's known your name."

JJ: You smiled, looking at Josh in the most loving way you could manage. You hoped there was no vacancy in your eyes. You supposed it really wouldn't matter, everything would have been attributed to your "condition." Your swollen belly was the real focus of the wedding, the real reason for everything actually. When you told Josh you were pregnant he was so happy, and proposed to you immediately. He proposed to you before you got the chance to tell him it wasn't his baby. You didn't know how to break it to him, not while he was on one knee, tears sparkling in his lovely eyes. So you had settled, one thing you promised you would never do. You glanced over at JJ, standing just behind Josh, his best man. you knew he was thinking the same thing you were. What a whole piece of shit this whole thing was, it was so deceitful, and horrible that you couldn't even mutter a simple "I do." You couldn't say a word because as soon as the preacher started speaking you stopped listening, and when the silence became too loud you did what you did best, you ran. When JJ found you you embraced like long lost lovers, knowing that you had prevented a lifetime of heartache. It would be hard to tell Josh, that you knew, but he wasn't what you needed, and he sure didn't deserve to be treated as you had treated him. "Thanks." JJ murmured, his hands tightening in your hair. "I almost interrupted it myself."
