Adeline Phantomhive, the daughter of Ciel and Elizabeth Phantomhive, first born. She was born on a chilly September day, the 11th to be exact. Her mother's pride and joy, she smiled down at her newborn, tears streaming down her face. It had been a long 5 hours of labor and it was all worth it. She had a beautiful head of tiny dark indigo curls and skin a pale pink like her mother's. What surprised Elizabeth was her eyes, her eyes were big and round like Elizabeth's, but they were a chocolate brown she had only seen on one other man, her late father in-law, Vincent Phantomhive. They sucked you in and you never wanted to look away. She had soft pink lips and chubby cheeks, a healthy baby indeed. She was tiny but mighty, she was born two weeks early, but was an appropriate 7 pounds, and Elizabeth got the strong part from her oddly high powered kicks. From what Elizabeth observed, her daughter was the quiet type, of course she was screaming when she came out, but she quickly settled and just gave an expression which resembled a smile. This child had been in the world less than two hours, and Elizabeth had fallen completely in love with her, she would protect her with her life. She suddenly heard the door click open and she saw her husband, Ciel. They had been married a year and the baby had been a result of one of those times when the young lord wasn't opposed to intimacy. He had not changed that much in the years passing, he was still as handsome as ever, with alabaster skin and blue eyes that made you feel like you were staring into the most beautiful ocean in the most scenic location. His features had matured, he was now a devastatingly good looking man. He still took Elizabeth's breath away every time he would look her straight in the face. He walked his way over with his usual business expression, but was sidetracked by the child. He made his awe quite evident as he took a chair and sat right at her bedside. He examined the little one from her bouncing baby curls to her tiny toes . He couldn't say she wasn't adorable. It would be a sin to say she wasn't the cutest child he'd ever seen. Her not wailing like a banshee was icing on the cake for him. He then noticed her open eyes; it took everything in him not to shed a tear, it was his father's color, the warm brown he associated with the good days of his childhood. He took her little hand and she immediately wrapped it around his long finger. Elizabeth said out of the blue,"We need a name for her." "I believe I have one Lizzie." She turned her head sharply to her husband, he never called her that . "Adeline " was what he simply said before he kissed her forehead and his daughters. Lizzie was blushing up to her ears."Thank you Elizabeth Ethel Cordelia Midford Phantomhive, for carrying on my bloodline." He then left the room in swift motions, and was gone. He then left to his study and went back to work. Sebastian was there waiting for him, tea and all. "How is the young misses doing master?" "Quite fine. Her and the child are healthy" The Earl then lifted up his eyepatch and announced" Sebastian this is an order, protect that child like your life depends on it." The demons eyes lit up with the demonic fuschia and he smiled a wicked grin "As you wish my lord." 'It seems he doesn't have the coldest soul in the world anymore,' he professed in his head. He then left to prepare an outfit for the new female in the manor. The whole manor was in for a surprise, because it takes a village to raise a child.
