Hyojung was chosen to enter the nation wide dance contest to win money for her school. The thing about this competition was that she had to be in a group of at least 2 people to qualify to win first pace.
After 3 performances, she and her partner qualified for the final 3! She and her partner practice every day for the performance on Saturday, which consists of mostly ballet with some hip hop. On Friday, Hyojung and her partern practice one last time, and rest for the night.
Finally performance night is here, and it is being shown on live television! In 15 minutes she and her partner must go onstage. With the nerves getting to her, she tell her partner. "Let's practice it one more time". In the middle of the chorus, due to the slippery floor, her partner slips and sprains his leg. "Your going to have to do the show without me". She freeze, nervous and hysterical. "Where am I going to find a replacement"?! From behind her, she heard, "I can be his replacement".
She turn and come face to dace with a boy with dark blue hair, watching her. She recongnize him as in understudy for the dancers. "You can't be his replacement, you don't even know the dance". The boy steps back, and begins to dance. The movements are PERFECT, and he nails every mover accurately, even better than her. When he finishes, she stare in awe. His mouth pulls into a huge and easy grin. "So, am I your partner"? She nod and he smiles even larger. Wow, she think to herself, this guy is so happy, I wonder if he's always like that. " My name is Dongwoo by the way" he adds, then goes to the dressing room to get changed.
2 minuets before her performance, she check her outfit, trying to catch her breath: a blue pair of jeans with a white top, and her hair flowing over her shoulders. She turn to see Dongwoo walking towards her. He wears an identical outfit, except he's wearing a white cap, concealing his blue hair. "You ready"? he asks. Finally, the announcement is called, and Hyojung and Dongwoo are to perform. He looks at her, grabs her hand, and leads her onstage.
Waiting for the music to start, Dongwoo stands in front of her, staring into her eyes and giving her small smiles. She take his hand and entertwine it with hers. He looks at her wide-eyed, and quickly kisses her forehead. In an instant, the song plays. He picks her up and glides her across the floor, both of them spinning and twirling in perfect unison. When the chorus comes, they both break into hip-hop stomping the floor and waving their arms. Dongwoo mouths the rap parts, and places his hat on her head. In the final moment, she stand back to back, their fingers entwined with esch other. The crowd explodes with applause, and a man walks out carrying a huge trophy! She won!
She turn to Dongwoo, and give him a huge hug, and a kiss on the cheek. Despite the cheering and the blaring music, they two feel as though you're the only people in the world.
A few months later:
She won the grand prize money for her school and became a legend. She then transferred into Dongwoo's dance school were they began to date. Whenever they both were together, it was filled with dancing, holding hands, and happy kissing.
